Claims (1)
- 상,하부 작업롤을 갖는 스탠드가 2개 이상 구비된 텐덤롤 압연기를 이용하여 압연을 행하는 방법에 있어서,첫 번째 스탠드의 상부작업롤과 하부작업롤의 서로 반대되는 각각의 일측에 테이퍼량 350-550㎛, 테이퍼길이 300-500mm로 테이퍼를 주고, 작업롤 벤더를 0∼-20%로 셋팅하며;두 번째 스탠드의 상부작업롤과 하부작업롤의 서로 반대되는 각각의 일측에 테이퍼량 250-450㎛, 테이퍼길이 300-500mm로 테이퍼를 주고, 작업롤 벤더를 0∼-20%로 셋팅하여 작업하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭방향 두께품질이 우수한 압연방법.
