Claims (2)
- 재료를 세척하는 세척단계와;약간의 버터와 물과 찹쌀가루를 함께 볶는 1차 볶음단계와;약간의 버터, 흰 후추 및 소금과, 파, 파슬리, 마늘, 양파 등의 야채 및 팔마산치즈를 함께 볶는 2차 볶음단계와;상기의 1차 및 2차 볶음단계의 재료를 혼합하여 버터와 함께 가열하는 혼합가열단계와;100℃에서 30초간 살균하는 살균단계와;충전 후 냉각시키는 충전냉각단계와;포장 후 냉장 및 냉동시키는 포장단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 달팽이 버터소스의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 재료의 성분비는 대략, 버터 15%, 찹쌀가루 5%, 파6%, 파슬리 2%, 마늘 3%, 양파 0.6%, 팔마산치즈 0.6%, 물 65% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 달팽이 버터소스의 제조방법.
