본 고안은 기존화목보일러의 단점(자연연소되는 화목보일러는 화력이 작아 나무를 자주 공급해주어야 하며 그러므로 인해서 야간에는 사용하기 곤란함)을 보완하여 하루 1∼2시간의 작업으로 24시간 난방과 온수를 사용하게 하므로서 연료절약 및 노동력 절감을 하는데 목적이 있다.This design compensates for the shortcomings of conventional firewood boilers (firewood boilers that are naturally burned have low thermal power and thus have to supply trees frequently, which makes it difficult to use at night). 본 고안은 강제연소에 의한 고출력 화목보일러와 온수축열탱크를 연계 설치하여 1일 1시간 정도의 보일러 가동으로 축열탱크에 열을 저장하고 그 자장된 열을 난방 및 온수로 사용하는 시스템이다. 보일러의 주요시스템은 강제연소에 필요한 송풍모타, 송풍관, 콘트롤박스로 구성되어 있으며, 물의온도가 일정한 온도에 도달하면 모타가 작동하여 축열탱크로 보내지고, 물의온도가 떨어지면 모타의 작동이 정지한다. 온수축열탱크는 보일러와의 환수·급수라인, 난방용 환수·급수라인을 설치한다. 온수사용은 직수를 사용하며 내부에 스테인레스 또는 동을 이용한 열교환기와 급수구, 토출구를 설치한다.The present invention is a system that uses a high-power firewood boiler and forced hot water storage tank by forced combustion to store heat in the heat storage tank by operating a boiler for about 1 hour a day, and uses the stored heat as heating and hot water. 본 고안은 화목보일러와 열저장이 가능한 수축열탱크를 이용한 난방.온수시스템이다. 종래의 화목보일러는 나무를 자연연소시키고 거기에서 발생한 열을 난방에 직접이용하였다. 따라서 나무의 잦은 투입과 적은 발열량으로 자주 나무를 공급해 주어야 하며 야간에는 사용하기 힘든 불편함이 있었다.The present invention is a heating and hot water system using a firewood boiler and a shrinkage heat tank capable of heat storage. 탱크용량은 1일난방 및 온수 사용에 의해 변경가능하고 보일러의 출력은 시간당 탱크용량의 ½(90℃이상)의 온수생산능력을 기준으로 하되 사용자의 시간적 여유 및 필요에 의해 변경될 수 있다. 보일러는 일반적인 나무보일러와 비슷하나 보일러 출력의 조절을 위하여 변속이 가능한 공기펌프를 설치한다. 보일러 내부의 물의 온도가 90℃이상이 되면 모타가 작동하여 내부에 있는 물을 탱크로 보내고 일정온도 이하가 되면 자동으로 모타가 정지하였다가 다시 9O℃이상이 되면 모타가 재작동 한다. 공기펌프는 변속이 가능하며 빠른 시간내에 연소시키고 싶을 경우에는 공기양을 늘릴 수 있다. 수축열탱크는 보일러와의 환수.급수관을 설치하고 난방용 환수.급수관을 설치하며 온수사용은 직수를 이용하며 내부의 열교환기를 거처 나오며 열을 얻어서 사용한다. 탱크의 급수관은 탱크체적의 95%지점에 볼탭을 이용하여 설치한다. (100℃에서의 물의 체적팽창율이 4%이므로 그 이하에 급수관을 설치하므로서 기존의 보일러가 외부에 팽창탱크를 설치하여 손실하던 열량을 줄일수 있다.Tank capacity can be changed by daily heating and hot water use, and boiler output is based on hot water production capacity of ½ of tank capacity per hour (above 90 ℃), but can be changed by user's time and need.
