Claims (9)
- 각각의 광섬유가 관통하는 통로와, 인장선이 삽입되는 클램프홀을 구비하는 웨징부재와;상기 웨징부재를 광섬유 케이블에 고정시키기 위한 고정수단과;상기 통로를 관통한 광섬유의 끝단에 결합되는 광 접속자와;상기 광접속자를 보호하기 위해 상기 웨징부재에 개폐가능하게 결합되고, 내부가 빈 공간부를 구비하는 캡으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 웨징부재의 대직경부의 내부에 그 길이방향으로 관통하는 복수개의 통로와 클램프홀을 구성하고, 웨징부재의 상기 클램프홀과 통하는 복수개의 탭구멍을 형성하여 스크류를 통해 클램프홀속으로 삽입된 인장선을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단 조립체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 인장선의 둘레에 가압부재를 중첩시켜 상기 클램프홀로 삽입하여 스크류에 의해 인장선을 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단 조립체.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 가압부재의 내경에 상기 인장선이 후퇴되지 않도록 복수개의 일방향성 걸림턱이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 웨징부재의 소직경부쪽으로 일정길이 연장되고, 내부에 인장선을 수용하는 내경상에 복수개의 일방향성 걸림턱을 구비하고, 원주면에 길이방향으로 일정구간 절결된 슬롯을 구비하는 클램프홀과, 상기 클램프홀의 주위에 광섬유가 관통하는 복수개의 통로를 형성하여 별도의 고정부품을 사용하지 않고 인장선에 웨징부재를 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단 조립체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 통로를 플러그상에 배치하여, 상기 플러그를 상기 웨징부재와 분리가능하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 웨징부재의 단부에 끌기 고리가 부설된 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 웨징부재와 캡을 조립할 때, 그 조립직경이 서로 다른 경우 내경에는 상기 웨징부재의 나사산과 나사결합되는 직경을 갖는 나사산을 구비하고, 외경에는 상기 캡의 내경 나사산과 나사결합되는 직경을 갖는 나사산으로 구성된 커플러로 상호 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 캡이 가요성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다심 광섬유 케이블용 성단조립체.
