Claims (19)
- 자외선 차단 조성물에 있어서,(a) 무기 자외선 차단제;(b) 포화 지방산의 염, 직쇄 지방산의 염, 알킬 술포숙시네이트, 알킬 포스페이트 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 음이온성 유화제; 및(c) 담체 오일 및 최소한 하나의 피부 연화제를 포함하는 오일 성분을 포함하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 자외선 차단제가 이산화티타늄, 산화아연 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 자외선 차단제가 이산화티타늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화티타늄이 약 30 나노미터 이하의 일차 입자 크기를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 유화제가 지방산의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 유화제가 스테아르산 나트륨, 라우릴 황산 나트륨, DEA 세틸 포스페이트, 및 디옥틸 소디움 술포숙시네이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 담체 오일이 벤조산 지방 알코올 에스테르, 일반식 R-Ox-Poy-EOz(x=1, 2 또는 3, y=0 내지 4, z=6 내지 20, R=C8내지 C15)의 폴리알콕실화된 지방 물질, 및 폴리에테르로 단속된 지방산 에스테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르로 단속된 지방산 에스테르가 C8내지 C15의 지방 알킬 (임의로 폴리프로필렌옥시) 폴리에틸렌옥시카르복실레이트 에스테르이고, 에스테르는 임의로 직쇄 또는 분기쇄의 1 내지 22 개의 탄소 원자를 가지고 있는 알킬기를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 담체 오일이 벤조산 지방 알코올 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 담체 오일이 일반식 R-Ox-Poy-EOz(x=1, 2 또는 3, y=0 내지 4, z=6 내지 20, R=C8내지 C15)의 폴리알콕실화된 지방 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 추가로 비이온성 유화제들 또는 그것들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 5 이상의 pH 를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 pH 가 약 7.5 내지 약 8.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 10 이상의 햇볕 보호 인자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 자외선 차단 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 탈이온수를 용기에 첨가하는 단계;(b) 그런 다음 물을 가열하는 단계;(c) 담체 오일과 음이온성 계면활성제를 용기에 첨가하는 단계;(d) 무기 자외선 차단제를 상기 용기에 서서히 첨가하고 그 결과의 조성물을 가열하고 혼합하는 단계; 그리고(e) 상기 조성물의 pH 를 5 이상으로 조정하는 단계를 포함하는 자외선 차단 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 약 2 % 내지 약 25 % 의 무기 자외선 차단제와, 약 0.5 % 내지 약 10 % 의 음이온성 계면활성제와, 담체 오일과 피부 연화제를 포함하는 약 0.5 내지 약 10 % 의 오일 성분을, 포함하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기 자외선 차단제 대 오일 성분의 비율이 약 0.3:1 내지 약 1:1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 추가로 하나 또는 그 이상의 국소적 활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 국소적 활성제는 햇볕없이 태울수 있는 제제, 유기 자외선 차단제, 항미생물제, 색소 제거제, 노화 방지제, 항진균제, 곤충 박멸제 및 이것들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단 조성물.
