Claims (3)
- 피살균물을 반송하는 콘베이어와,이 콘베이어로 반송되는 피살균물의 통과를 허용하는 개폐 가능한 도어부를 가지며, 이 도어부가 닫힌 상태에서 밀폐되는 가열실과,상기 가열실내로 마이크로파를 도입하는 마이크로파 발생수단과,상기 가열실내의 압력을 승압시키는 승압수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 살균장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가열실에서 마이크로파가 조사된 후의 피살균물을 냉각시키는 냉각수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 살균장치.
- 피살균물을 반송하는 콘베이어와,이 콘베이어에 의한 피살균물의 반송방향을 따라 반입측 압력예비실, 가열실, 냉각실, 반출측 압력예비실이 병설된 살균장치 본체와,이 살균장치 본체의 각 실에 개폐가 가능하도록 설치되고, 열린 상태에서 콘베이어로 반송되는 피살균물의 통과를 허용함과 동시에 닫힌 상태에서 각 실을 밀폐하는 도어부와,상기 가열실내로 마이크로파를 도입하는 마이크로파 발생수단과,상기 냉각실내로 냉각매체를 도입하는 냉각수단과,상기 각 실내의 압력을 승압시키는 승압수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 살균장치.
