Claims (6)
- 식품을 가열살균하는 가열살균실(3)과, 밀폐게이트(30)를 거쳐서 상기 가열살균실에 연결된 냉각실(4)이 연속적으로 설치되어, 개구부분(93)을 가지는 개방용기(90)에 수용된 식품을 상기 밀폐게이트를 거쳐 상기 가열살균실(3)에서 상기 냉각실(4)에 반입하는 식품살균장치에 있어서, 상기 냉각실(4)내의 압력을 상기 가열살균실(3)내의 압력보다 0.05~0.3㎏/㎠ 높게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품살균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각실(4)내의 압력을 상기 가열살균실(3)내의 압력보다 0.1~0.2㎏/㎠ 높게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품살균장치.
- 가열살균실(3)과 냉각실(4)과의 밀폐게이트(30)를 거쳐서 접속한 식품살균장치를 이용하는 식품살균방법에 있어서, 냉각실(4)내의 압력을 가열살균실(3)내의 압력보다 0.05~0.3㎏/㎠ 높게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품살균방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉각실(4)내의 압력을 상기 가열살균실(3)내의 압력보다 0.1~0.2㎏/㎠ 높게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품살균방법.
- 대기가 연달아 통하는 식품도입부(1)와 승압용 조압실(2)과 식품을 대기압보다 높은 압력하에서 가열살균하는 가열살균실(3)과, 가열살균된 식품을 냉각하는 냉각실(4)과, 감압용 조압실(5)과 식품을 배출하는 배출부(6)가, 각각 밀폐게이트(10, 20, 30, 40, 50)를 거쳐서 연속적으로 연결되고, 개구부분(93)을 가지는 개방용기(90)에 수용된 식품을 연속적으로 살균처리하는 식품살균장치에 있어서, 상기 식품도입부(1)와 상기 가열살균실(3)과 상기 냉각실(4)과 상기 배출부(6)가 서로 수직 혹은 평행하게 배치되고, 상기 식품도입부(1)와 상기 승압용 조압실(2)과 상기 가열살균실(3)과 상기 냉각실(4)과 상기 감압용 조압실(5)과 상기 배출부(6)의 상류측에, 각각, 상기 개방용기(90)를 하류측 방향으로 밀어내는 압출장치(13, 14, 26, 34, 42, 45, 52)가 설치되고, 각 압출장치의 스트로크 길이가 상기 개방용기(90) 1개분의 크기 이상이며, 상기 냉각실(4)내의 압력이 상기 가열살균실(3)내의 압력보다 0.05~0.3㎏/㎠ 높게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품살균장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 냉각실(4)내의 압력을 상기 가열살균실(3)내의 압력보다 0.1~0.2㎏/㎠ 높게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품살균장치.
