Claims (15)
- 인체 내의 관의 스테노세스 내에 스텐트를 배치하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템에 있어서, 상기 시스템은:가요성 가이드 와이어와;풍선이 풍선 둘레에 공통 축선으로 장착된 스텐트와 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르의 말단부에 배치되며, 말단부와 기부 인접 단부를 가지는 팽창성 풍선과, 말단부 부분과, 활주 이동되는 가이드 와이어가 통하는 중앙 루멘을 가진 가요성으로 점진적으로 경사진 말단부 팁을 구비하는 풍선 혈액형성 카테테르와;인체의 관에 스테노세스를 통해서 말단부 팁이 눌려질 수 있는 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르의 말단부 부분을 통해 푸쉬 력이 전달되는 스텐트에 기부 인접 점에서 푸쉬 력이 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르의 말단부에 적용하도록 채택되는, 중앙부와 말단부를 가진, 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르 둘레에 공통 축선으로 배치된 신장된 원통형상의 시쓰를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시쓰의 말단부 부분은 스텐트 둘레에 공통 축선으로 놓여있는 박벽으로된 고 가요성 튜브를 구비하고, 시쓰의 중앙부는 기부 인접 단부와 말단부를 가지고, 고 가요성 튜브는 시쓰의 중앙부의 말단부에 고정되게 부착된 기부 인접 섹션을 가지고, 중앙부는 가요성 튜브 내측에 어깨부가 배치된 그 말단부에서 실내 어깨부도 구비하고, 시쓰의 중앙부의 말단부에 어깨는 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르의 말단부 부분에 말단부 방향 푸쉬 력을 제공하도록 채택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시쓰에는 세 개 원통형 튜브 부분이 있고; 제 1 부분은 시쓰의 기부 인접부분 이고 말단부 단부를 가지는 박벽 금속 튜브를 형성하며, 제 2 부분은 기부 인접 단부와 말단부 단부를 가지는 중앙부분이고, 상기 중앙부분은 시쓰의 기부 인접 부분의 말단부 단부에 그 기부 인접단부에서 연결되고 말단부 부분이 박벽의 고 가요성 튜브인 말단부 부분이 있는 시쓰의 제 3 부분에 그 말단부 단부에서 연결되고, 중앙부의 벽 두께는 시쓰의 기부 인접부 또는 말단부의 어느 하나의 벽 두께보다 크고, 시쓰의 중앙부의 말단부는 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르의 말단부 부분에 말단 방향 푸쉬 력이 발휘되게 채택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르는 스텐트에 말단이 놓여있는 말단 레디오우페이크 마커 밴드와 스텐트에 기부 인접하게 놓여 있는 기부 인접 레디오우페이크 마커 밴드를 구비하고, 양쪽 레디오우페이크 마커 밴드는 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르의 말단부 부분에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 시쓰로부터의 푸쉬 력은 기부 인접 레디오우페이크 마커 밴드에 대항하여 발휘되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 스텐트는 말단 레디오우페이크 마커 밴드와 기부 인접 레디오우페이크 마커 밴드와의 사이에 중앙 위치 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스텐트에 말단 배치된 말단 탄성 밴드와 스텐트에 기부 인접 배치된 기부 인접 탄성 밴드가 있고, 시쓰로부터의 말단 방향 푸쉬 력이 기부 인접 및 말단 탄성 밴드 모두를 통해 발휘되고, 탄성 밴드는 엘라스토머성 플라스틱으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 기부 인접 및 말단 탄성 밴드는 탄성 밴드의 엘라스토머성 플라스틱 내에 배치되는 레디오우페이크성 성분을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르의 말단부 부분의 중앙 루멘의 종축선에 대한 점진적으로 경사진 말단부 팁의 평균 기울기는 3도 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 풍선 혈관형성 카테테르의 말단부 부분의 중앙 루멘의 종축선에 대한 점진적으로 경사진 말단부 팁의 평균 기울기는 1.5도 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 시쓰의 말단부분에 고 가요성 튜브는 금속 와이어가 삽입되는 플라스틱 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 금속 와이어의 금속은 니티놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 시쓰의 기부 인접부분을 형성하는 금속 튜브는 스테인리스 강으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 시쓰의 기부 인접부분을 형성하는 금속 튜브는 니티놀로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 협소하게 신장된 슬롯은 시쓰의 측부에 배치되고, 가이드용 기부 인접유출 포트로서 슬롯이 역할을 하여 급속 교체성능을 갖는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 도출 카테테르 시스템.
