Claims (11)
- 5kV 이상의 정전 내전압을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기전력 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광기전력 소자의 수광면측의 발전 영역 상에 박막 수지층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기전력 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 박막 수지층은 아크릴 수지(acrylic resin), 실리콘 수지, 및 플루오르화 수지(fluororesin)로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 수지를 주성분으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기전력 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 박막 수지층은 아크릴 수지와 비유기체 폴리머를 블럭킹 이소시안네이트(blocking isocyanate)와 열 교차결합(thermally crosslinking)함으로써 얻어진 층임을 특징으로 하는 광기전력 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 광기전력 소자의 수광면측 상에 집전 전극(collector electrode)이 제공되며, 상기 집전 전극의 상층부의 상기 박막 수지층은 상기 상층부를 제외한 부분보다 더 얇거나 없을 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 광기전력 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 광기전력 소자의 수광면측 상에 집전 전극이 제공되며, 상기 집전 전극은 버스바(busbar)에 접속되고, 상기 버스바는 상기 박막 수지층으로 피복되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 광기전력 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 박막 수지층의 평균 두께는 5㎛ 이상임을 특징으로 하는 광기전력 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 박막 수지층은 스프레이 코터(spray coater), 스핀 코터(spin coater), 커텐 코팅(curtain coating), 또는 막 코팅에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광기전력 소자.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복수개의 상기 광기전력 소자들을 전기적으로 접속함으로써 제조된 광기전력 소자 어레이.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 상기 광기전력 소자를 충전재 수지(filler resin)로 밀봉(sealing)함으로써 제조된 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 충전재 수지 내에 글래스 섬유(glass fibers)의 부직포(nonwoven fabric)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
