Claims (7)
- 엘리베이터 로드 데이터가 측정 트랜스듀서(15)에 의한 측정을 통하여 얻어지는 엘리베이터의 로드를 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 엘리베이터칸의 로드로부터 초래한 힘의 적어도 일부가 호이스팅 로프(11)를 경유하여 호이스팅 로프의 끝의 고정부에서 장착된 로드측정장치(16)에 전달되고, 이 장치(16)에서 이 장치에 작용된 힘의 적어도 일부가 베이스 요소(5)에 전달되고 이 베이스 요소(5)에 작용된 힘이 베이스 요소에 부착된 스트레인 게이지(15)와 같은 측정 트랜스듀서에 의해 측정되며, 그리고 결과로서 측정된 힘이 또다른 처리를 위해 엘리베이터의 제어유니트에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 엘리베이터 통로에 있는 안내레일(2)을 따라 주행하는 엘리베이터칸(17), 평형추(20) 호이스팅 기구(18,19), 제어유니트, 및 엘리베이터 통로에 있는 고정부(21)에 적어도 한끝이 부착된 호이스팅 로프(11)로 구성된 엘리베이터의 로드를 측정하는 장치(16)로서, 로드에 상응하는 전기신호를 얻는 스트레인 게이지(15)와 같은 측정 트랜스듀서로 구성된 상기 로드측정장치(16)에 있어서, 로드측정장치(16)는 엘리베이터 통로에 있는 고정위치에 호이스팅로프 끝의 고정부와 연관하여 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드측정장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 로드측정장치(16)는 고정요소(8,9)에 의해 엘리베이터칸의 플로어 위의 안내레일에 부착된 플레이트형 프레임요소(1)로 구성되고, 이 프레임 요소에 끼워맞춤된 수평현수요소(3)를 가지고 있어 호이스팅 로프(11)가 현수요소(3)상에서 그들의 끝에 의해 현수되도록 하고, 그리고 스트레인 게이지(15)는 현수요소(3)와 연관하여 끼워맞춤되어 호이스팅 로프에 의해 현수요소에 작용된 로드를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드측정장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 현수요소(3)는 2개의 수직에지플랜지(5,6) 사이에 장착되고 이중 외부베이스요소(5)가 기하학적 관점에서 끼워맞춤되어 호이스팅 로프에 의해 베이스 요소에 작용된 힘이 베이스 요소에서 상당히 큰 탄성변형을 야기하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드측정장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 현수요소(3)는 적어도 하나의 수평부와 하나의 보강부로 이루어져 있어 예를들면 역 U자 형상을 갖도록 하고, 그리고 호이스팅로프(11)는 수평부에 있는 구멍(10)을 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드측정장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 스트레인 게이지(15)는 베이스 요소(5)에 위치되어 호이스팅 로프에 의해 베이스 요소에 작용된 하향 텐션을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드측정장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 스트레인 게이지(15)는 안내레일쪽에 직면하여 안내레일에 관하여 외부 베이스 요소(5)의 표면에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드측정장치.
