Claims (7)
- 전기 절연을 위한 열경화성 수지의 차후 수지함침이 있는 절연테이프에 의해 감겨진 도체를 구비한 전기 코일들을 포함하는 고전압기기에 있어서,절연테이프가 고운 운모 입자들의 축적 운모와 합성 펄프와 보강제로 구성되는 적층된 몸체이고, 고운 운모 입자들 사이의 그리고 고운 운모 입자들과 보강제 사이의 결합은 용융되어 고화되는 합성 펄프에 의해 영향을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 축적 운모가 고운운모입자를 무게로 100을 그리고 합성 펄프를 무게로 2 내지 12 를함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 펄프는 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌과 폴리부틸렌과 폴리이소부틸렌 또는 이들의 혼합물의 복수의 가지모양 섬유들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 합성 펄프는 20 내지 100 mL의 여수도를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압기기.
- 도체 주위에 절연테이프를 감은후, 절연 목적을 위해 열경화성 수지로 상기 절연 테이프를 함침시켜 준비되는 코일을 포함하는 고전압기기에 있어서,상기 절연 테이프는 고운 운모 입자들과 파라핀 분말과 보강 부재를 함유하는 축적 운모로 구성되는 적층된 몸체의 형태를 하고, 상기 파라핀 분말은 상기 고운 운모 입자들 사이의 그리고 상기 축적 운모와 상기 보강 부재 사이의 결합을 얻기 위하여 용융된후 고화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압기기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 축적 운모는 고운 운모입자들을 무게로 100 그리고 파라핀 분말을 무게로 5 내지 30을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압기기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 파라핀 분말은 50 내지 70 메시의 입자 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압기기.
