Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 가) 광을 방출하는 발광 소자의 신장된 어레이, 나) 상기 신장된 소자의 어레이로 부터의 광을 측면 방향으로 혼합하는 광혼합 디바이스 및 다) 상기 혼합된 광에 의해 조명되는 신장된 공간 광 변조기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신장된 발광 소자의 어레이와 상기 공간 광 변조기 사이에 배치된 원통형 렌즈를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 렌즈는 상기 신장된 발광 소자의 어레이와 동일한 평면에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 렌즈는 상기 신장된 발광 소자의 어레이와 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 l 항에 있어서, 상기 신장된 발광 소자의 어레이는 아치형인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신장된 발광 소자의 어레이는 선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 신장된 발광 소자의 어레이로부터의 상기 광을 수렴시켜 상기 수렴된 광을 상기 공간 광 변조기로 지향시키는 렌즈를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 비구면 렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 프레넬 렌즈(fresnel lens)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광 혼합 디바이스는 홀로그래픽 확산기인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 확산된 광을 상기 공간 광 변조기 상에 수렴시키는 적어도 하나의 렌즈를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 원통형 롄즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 한쌍의 원통형 렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광 혼합 디바이스는 광 인테그레이터(light integrator)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 광 인테그레이터로부터의 상기 광을 확산하는 확산기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 투영 렌즈를 더 포함하며, 상기 공간 광 변조기로부터의 상기 변조된 광은 상기 투영 렌즈 속으로 집속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 공간 광 변조기는 상기 변조된 광을 상기 입사되어 혼합된 광 아래의 뒤까지 지향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 투영 렌즈로부터의 상기 변조된 광을 수신하는 노출 모듈을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신장된 공간 광 변조기는 일단부로부터 타단부로 일정하게 조명되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신장된 공간 광 변조기는 일단부로부터 타단부로 일정하지 않게 조명되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 시스템.
