Claims (12)
- 80 ℃ 에서 데칼린에서 측정된 것으로서 0.01-20 dl/g 의 고유 점도 [η], 및 3 × 104입자/g 이하이고 0.5 ㎛ 이상의 입자 직경을 가진 외부물질의 함량을 가진, 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2 에 의해 나타난 반복 단위를 갖는 시클로올페핀-기재 중합체 :화학식 1화학식 2(식중, R1- R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄화수소기, 할로겐원자, 히드록시기, 에스테르기, 알콕시기, 시아노기, 아미도기, 이미도기 또는 실릴기, 또는 극성기로써 치환된 탄화수소기를 나타낸다 (단, 2 개 이상의 R1- R4는 서로 결합하여 불포화결합, 단일환 또는 다중환을 생성할 수 있고, 단일환 또는 다중환은 이중결합을 가질수 있거나 또는 방향족 환을 생성할 수 있고, R1과 결합하는 R2또는 R3와 결합하는 R4는 알킬리덴기를 생성할 수 있으며 ;R5및 R6는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고 ;기호는 탄소-탄소 단일 결합 또는 이중결합을 나타내며 ; 및 n 및 m 은 수학적인 표현 n + m = 1, n = 0.2 - 1 및 m = 0 - 0.8 로 명시된다)).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반복 단위가 화학식 1 로 표현된 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 기호로 표현된 주쇄의 이중결합의 95 % 이상이 수소화된 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반복 단위가 화학식 2 로 표현된 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.5 ㎛ 이상의 입자 직경을 갖는 외부물질의 함량이 1 × 104입자/g 이하인 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.5 ㎛ 이상의 입자 직경을 갖는 외부물질의 함량이 0.5 × 104입자/g 이하인 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체.
- 전기 충전식 캡쳐링링 기능을 가진 여과기를 통해 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2 로 표현된 반복 단위를 갖는 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체에 용해된 용액을 여과하는 단계로 이루어진, 80 ℃ 에서 데칼린에서 측정된 것으로서 0.01-20 dl/g 의 고유 점도 [η] 를 가지며, 3 × 104입자/g 이하이고 0.5 ㎛ 이상의 입자 직경을 갖는 외부물질의 함량을 가진 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 여과를 1-40 중량 % 로 용해된 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체를 갖는 용액의 총 고체 [TS] 에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 전기충전식 캡쳐링링 기능을 가진 여과기가 제타-포텐셜 여과기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 80 ℃ 에서 데칼린에서 측정된 것으로서 0.01-20 dl/g 의 고유 점도 [η] 를 가지며, 3 × 104입자/g 이하이고 0.5 ㎛ 이상의 입자 직경을 갖는 외부물질의 함량을 가진, 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2 로 표현된 반복 단위를 갖는 시클로올레핀-기재 중합체로 이루어진 성형물질.
- 제 10 항에 따른 성형물질을 성형함으로써 수득된 성형물품.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 성형물품이 사출성형물품인 성형물품.
