Claims (9)
- 중공형 프러스텀 디바이스 단부를 밀폐시키고 부착되는 분리막의 제 2표면의 반사율에 변화를 을으키는 분석물과 반응하는 시약을 함유하는 다공성 분리막의 제 1표면에 부여되는 생물학적 액체의 샘플내 분석물의 농도를 측정하기 위한 측정기에 있어서,(a) 디바이스와 짝 결합하기 위하여 분리막의 제 2표면에 접한 단부에 안쪽으로 테이퍼진 프러스텀형 말단부를 갖는 바디와,(b) 말단부로부터 빛의 빔을 보내고 분리막의 제 2표면으로부터 반사되는 빛을 수용하기 위한 바디내 광학 시스템과,(c) 샘플이 분리막에 인가되기 전후에 바디로 재반사되는 빛을 측정하기 위한 수단과,(d) 반사광의 측정값으로부터 액체내 분석물 농도를 연산하기 위한 수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특지으로 하는 측정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 프러스텀은 사각형 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 프러스텀은 원형 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 말단부는 디바이스의 해당 부분에 결합하기 위해 원주 그루브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 연산된 분석물 농도를 나타내기 위해 표시소자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 측정기의 말단부로부터 디바이스를 분리하기 위해 단추-누름 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정기.
- 제 1항의 측정기와 복수의 디바이스를 부착하기 위한 긴 용기가 결합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 액체내의 분석물 농도를 측정하기 위한 키트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 디바이스는 용기의 길이를 따라 둥우리 배열로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 액체내의 분석물 농도를 측정하기 위한 키트.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 측정기의 말단부는 디바이스의 해당 부분을 결합하기 위한 원주 그루브로 이루어지고, 이 때 측정기는 측정기의 말단부를 디바이스내로 삽입하는 것에 의해 결합되고 용기로부터 디바이스를 제거하는 것에 의해 샘플을 인가할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 액체내의 분석물 농도를 측정하기 위한 키트.
