Claims (55)
- 표면을 포함하는 고체 지지체;
상기 표면 상에 위치한, 폴리뉴클레오타이드 연장을 위한 복수의 구조물로서, 각각의 구조물은 10 nm 내지 1000 nm의 폭을 갖고, 각각의 구조물은 전극을 포함하는 가열 유닛과 접촉하는 것인 복수의 구조물; 및
상기 표면에 걸쳐 분포된 용매로서, 용매는 18℃ 이하의 용융 온도를 갖거나, 용매는 82℃ 이하의 비등 온도를 갖는 것인 용매
를 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드 합성을 위한 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 용매는 극성 용매인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면은 핵산 합성을 위한 적어도 30,000개의 좌위(loci)를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극은 제1 전극이고, 가열 유닛은 제2 전극을 포함하고, 제1 전극은 제1 좌위를 가열하도록 구성되고, 제2 전극은 제2 좌위를 가열하도록 구성되는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매는 트리메틸아세토니트릴인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장치는 용매의 존재 하에서 수행되는 복수의 신장(elongation) 단계를 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드 합성을 위해 구성되는 것인 장치.

상기 표면 상에 위치한, 폴리뉴클레오타이드 연장을 위한 복수의 구조물로서, 각각의 구조물은 전극을 포함하는 가열 유닛과 접촉하고, 각각의 구조물은 나노와이어(nanowire), 나노포스트(nanopost), 또는 나노로드(nanorod)를 포함하는 것인 복수의 구조물; 및
상기 표면에 걸쳐 분포된 용매

- 제8항에 있어서, 고체 지지체는 냉각 유닛을 추가로 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 구조물의 중심과 인접한 제2 구조물의 중심 사이의 거리는 10 nm 내지 1000 nm인 장치.

- 제15항에 있어서, 전극은 제1 전극이고, 가열 유닛은 제2 전극을 포함하고, 제1 전극은 복수의 구조물 중 제1 부위를 가열하도록 구성되고, 제2 전극은 복수의 구조물 중 제2 부위를 가열하도록 구성되는 것인 장치.
