Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 비교예 5에 따라 제조된 성형품의 흑줄 및 플로우 마크가 실시예 1의 성형품에 비해 개선되지 않고 금속 질감 및 광택이 저하되었다는 것을 확인한 이미지이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 2에 따라 제조된 성형품에서 흑줄 및 플로우 마크가 개선되고 금속 질감 및 광택이 우수하다는 것을 확인한 이미지이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 비교예 3에 따라 제조된 성형품의 흑줄 및 플로우 마크가 실시예 2의 성형품에 비해 개선되지 않고 금속 질감 및 광택이 저하되었다는 것을 확인한 이미지이다.

Claims (15)
- 압출기를 통해 성형품을 제조하기 위한 조성물로,
내후성 열가소성 수지 91~98 중량;
마스터배치 0.5~5 중량%;
내후성 안정제 0.1~2.0 중량%;
산화방지제 0.1~2.0 중량%;
내스크래치제 1~5 중량%; 및
분산제 0.1~2.0 중량%을 포함하고,
상기 분산제는 무수말레산 그라프트된 왁스를 포함하고,
상기 마스터배치는 금속 및 고분자 수지를 포함하고, 상기 고분자 수지는 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 수지를 포함하고,
상기 마스터배치는 상기 압출기에서 사이드피딩(side feeding) 방식으로 투입되는 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내후성 열가소성 수지는 용융지수가 5~30g/10분(220℃, 10kg)이고, 열변형온도 90~95℃인 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate; ASA) 수지를 포함하는 것인 포함하는 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마스터배치는 금속 20~80중량% 및 고분자 수지 20~80중량%를 포함하는 것인 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 금속은 알루미늄(Al), 구리(Cu), 및 펄(Pearl)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 금속을 포함하는 것인 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내후성 안정제는 자외선 흡수제 및 광안정제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 내후성 안정제의 자외선 흡수제 : 광안정제의 질량비는 1:9 ~ 9:1인 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 흡수제는 벤조트리아졸계 화합물, 벤조페논계 화합물 및 트라이진계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 광안정제는 힌더드 아민계 화합물을 포함하는 것인 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화방지제는 페놀계 산화방지제 및 인계 산화방지제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 산화방지제의 페놀계 산화방지제 : 인계 산화방지제의 질량비는 1:9 ~ 9:1인 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항의 무도장용 메탈릭 열가소성 수지조성물을 압출기를 통해 성형하여 얻어지되, 상기 마스터배치는 상기 압출기에서 사이드 피딩(side feeding) 방식으로 투입되어 얻어지는 성형품.
