Claims (12)
- 탄화수소-함유 공급원료로부터 암모니아 합성 가스의 제조를 위한 방법으로서,
- 수소(H2), 일산화탄소(CO) 및 이산화탄소(CO2)를 포함하는 합성 가스를 얻는, 공급원료의 스팀 개질 단계, 및
- CO의 이동 및 CO2의 후속 제거를 포함하는, 얻어진 합성 가스의 처리 단계
를 포함하고,
1차 반응기 및 2차 반응기가 사용되며, 상기 반응기 중 적어도 하나는 자열 개질기이고 스팀/탄소 비율은 2.6 미만이고,
합성 가스의 이동은 두 이동 단계를 포함하며, 상기 이동 단계 중 적어도 하나는 고온 이동(HTS) 단계이고,
두 이동 단계에서 모두 산화아연 및 아연 알루미늄 스피넬에 기반한 안정한 촉매가 사용되고,
이로써 위험한 부산물의 형성이 회피되거나 적어도 허용가능한 낮은 수준으로 감소되는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 두 이동 단계는 모두 고온 이동(HTS) 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두 이동 단계는 고온 이동(HTS) 단계와 저온 이동(LTS) 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두 이동 단계는 고온 이동(HTS) 단계와 중간 온도 이동(MTS) 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 저온 이동(LTS) 단계에서 사용된 촉매는 구리에 기반한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 구리-기반 촉매를 위한 담체는 산화아연인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두 이동 단계는 적합한 층간 냉각을 구비한 단일 반응기로 조합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두 이동 단계는 단일 등온 반응기로 조합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 임의의 위험한 부산물이 하류 공정에서 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 중간 온도 이동(MTS) 단계에서 사용된 촉매는 구리에 기반한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
