Claims (5)
- 원료로서, 유크림 30중량%, 우유 10중량%, 가공유지 15중량%, 야자유 3중량%, 버터 2중량%, 크림치즈 4중량%, 설탕 5중량%, 소금 0.2중량%, 연유 2중량%, 감미료 0.3중량%, 산도조절제 0.3중량%, 유화제 2중량%, 향료 0.2중량%, 레몬즙 6중량%, 쌀가루 4중량% 및 두부가루 16중량%를 배합하는 배합 단계;
상기 배합된 원료를 40 내지 50 mesh의 체를 이용하여 여과하는 여과 단계;
7000 내지 8000 psi의 압력에서 균질화 하는 1차 균질 단계;
140 내지 150℃의 온도에서 7초 내지 10초 동안 멸균시키는 멸균 단계;
400 내지 500 psi의 압력에서 균질화 하는 2차 균질 단계; 및
