Claims (4)
- 적층 방향으로 적층된 복수의 축전 셀을 포함하는 축전 모듈과,
상기 축전 모듈을 수용하는 수용 케이스와,
상기 축전 셀 사이에 배치된 제한 유닛을 구비하고,
상기 제한 유닛은,
상기 적층 방향으로 간격을 두고 배치된 제 1 평판 및 제 2 평판과,
상기 제 1 평판 및 상기 제 2 평판의 사이에 배치된 파판을 포함하고,
상기 파판은, 복수의 제 1 만곡부와 복수의 제 2 만곡부를 가지고,
상기 복수의 제 1 만곡부의 각 제 1 만곡부는, 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 일방측으로 볼록하게 되도록 만곡하는 것과 함께, 상기 적층 방향과 교차하는 교차 방향으로 연장되는 형상을 가지고,
상기 복수의 제 2 만곡부의 각 제 2 만곡부는, 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 타방측으로 볼록하게 되도록 만곡하는 것과 함께, 상기 교차 방향으로 연장되는 형상을 가지고,
상기 각 제 1 만곡부 및 상기 각 제 2 만곡부는, 상기 적층 방향 및 상기 교차 방향의 쌍방과 교차하는 방향을 따라 번갈아 늘어서도록 배치되고,
상기 복수의 축전 셀의 각 축전 셀은, 전극체와, 상기 전극체에 접속된 집전판을 포함하고,
상기 집전판은 상기 수용 케이스 내에 배치되어 있고, 상기 복수의 축전 셀이 전기적으로 직렬로 접속되도록 하는 버스바에 의해 접속되어 있는 돌출부를 포함하고,
상기 수용 케이스의 내벽으로부터 상기 집전판에 도달하도록 상기 수용 케이스 내에 마련되며, 상기 돌출부와 상기 버스바를 피복하는 충전부를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 제한 유닛은, 상기 충전부에 도달하도록 형성된, 축전 장치. - 삭제

상기 제 1 평판과 상기 파판은, 상기 제 1 만곡부의 정부에서 접촉하고 있으며,
상기 제 2 평판과 상기 파판은, 상기 제 2 만곡부의 정부에서 접촉하는, 축전 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제한 유닛은, 상기 제 1 평판과, 상기 제 2 평판과, 상기 파판을 수용하는 수용체와, 상기 수용체 내에 수용된 다일레이턴시재를 포함하는, 축전 장치.
