Claims (1)
- 複数枚の集電箔を積層してなる電極体と、
前記電極体を収容するラミネートケースとを備え、
前記電極体は、電極活物質層が設けられた複数枚の前記集電箔がセパレータを介して積層されてなる電極部と、前記電極部から延出し、前記集電箔に電極活物質層が設けられていない延出部とを有し、
前記ラミネートケースは、金属層と、前記金属層に対して、前記ラミネートケースの内側から重ね合わされた第1樹脂層とを有し、さらに、
前記ラミネートケース内において前記延出部に接続され、前記ラミネートケースの外部に突出する端子と、
前記第1樹脂層よりも高い融点または熱分解温度を有し、少なくとも、前記第1樹脂層が、前記ラミネートケース内で前記延出部および前記端子と対向する領域において、前記第1樹脂層と、前記電極体および前記端子との間に介挿される第2樹脂層とを備え、
前記第2樹脂層は、前記延出部および前記端子を覆い、かつ、前記集電箔の積層方向において前記セパレータと重なり合わないように設けられる樹脂テープである、ラミネート型電池。
