Description

Claims (48)
- (i) 중쇄 상보성 결정 영역 1(HCDR1), 중쇄 상보성 결정 영역 2(HCDR2), 및 중쇄 상보성 결정 영역 3(HCDR3)을 포함하는 중쇄 가변 영역으로서,
(a) HCDR1이 서열번호: 553으로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하고,
(b) HCDR2가 서열번호: 554 내지 564 또는 574 내지 577 중 어느 하나로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하고,
(c) HCDR3가 서열번호: 565 내지 568 또는 579 내지 581 중 어느 하나로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하는
중쇄 가변 영역; 및
(ii) 경쇄 상보성 결정 영역 1(LCDR1), 경쇄 상보성 결정 영역 2(LCDR2), 및 경쇄 상보성 결정 영역 3(LCDR3)을 포함하는 경쇄 가변 영역으로서,
(a) LCDR1이 서열번호: 569 또는 570 중 어느 하나로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하고,
(b) LCDR2가 서열번호: 488로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하고,
(c) LCDR3가 서열번호: 572로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하는
경쇄 가변 영역을 포함하는, 종양 괴사 인자 유사 단백질 1A(TL1A)에 결합하는 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편. - 제1항에 있어서, HCDR2가 서열번호: 554로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
- 제1항에 있어서, HCDR2가 서열번호: 555로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
- 제2항에 있어서, HCDR3가 서열번호: 565로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
- 제1항에 있어서, HCDR3가 서열번호: 566으로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
- 제4항에 있어서, LCDR1이 서열번호: 569로 기재된 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편이 (i) 키메라 항체 또는 키메라 항원 결합 단편이거나, 또는 (ii) 인간화된 항체 또는 인간화된 항원 결합 단편인, 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
- 제7항에 있어서, 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편이 인간화된 항체 또는 인간화된 항원 결합 단편인, 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항체가 IgG 항체인, 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편이 Fab, F(ab)2, 단일 도메인 항체, 단일 쇄 가변 단편(scFv), 또는 나노바디인, 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편.
