Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위한 예시적인 시스템을 도시한 개략도이다.
Claims (10)
- 미정질 셀룰로오스 플랜트에서 산 가수분해에 의해 섬유질 셀룰로오스 물질로부터 미정질 셀룰로오스를 제조하는 방법으로서,
a) 셀룰로오스 물질의 현탁액이 농축되어 여과액이 형성되며,
b) 농축된 현탁액의 농도는 희석액을 첨가하여 5 - 40 %로 조정되고, 현탁액의 pH가 산을 사용하여 4 이하의 값으로 조정되며,
c) 현탁액의 온도가 150 - 200 ℃의 온도로 증가되고,
d) 현탁액은 미정질 셀룰로오스 및 가수분해물의 혼합물을 생성하기 위하여 반응기에서 150 - 200 ℃에서 산 가수분해 되고,
e) 혼합물은 상기 혼합물을 플래시하고 플래시 증기를 발생시키기 위해 반응기로부터 낮은 압력 및 낮은 온도로 배출되며,
f) 미정질 셀룰로오스가 가수분해물로부터 분리되도록 혼합물이 처리되고, 분리된 미정질 셀룰로오스는 하나 또는 다수의 세척 장치에서 세척되고,
g) 미정질 셀룰로오스의 농도는 추가 처리를 위해 농축하거나 또는 추가 처리를 위해 농축하고 건조함으로써 증가되고,
단계 e)로부터의 플래시 증기가 응축기로 인도되어 단계 b)에서 사용되는 응축물이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 b)에서의 희석액은 미정질 셀룰로오스의 세척으로부터의 가수분해물, 및/또는 미정질 셀룰로오스 플랜트의 열 회수 시스템으로부터의 응축물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
미정질 셀룰로오스 플랜트가 펄프 공장의 펄프 생산에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
단계 a)에서 셀룰로오스 물질의 현탁액의 농축에서 형성된 여과액이 회수되어 펄프 공장으로 인도되고, 펄프 공장에서 펄프 처리에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
단계 f)로부터의 산 가수분해물 및/또는 산 여과액이 예비 가수분해 크라프트 펄프 생산에, 펄프 표백의 산성화 단계에 또는 펄프 공장의 톨유 플랜트에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 d)에서의 가수분해에서의 온도가 150 내지 185 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 d)에서의 가수분해에서의 온도가 150 내지 170 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 g)에서 미정질 셀룰로오스의 농도가 농축에 의해 40 - 50 %로 증가되고, 농축된 미정질 셀룰로오스는 미정질 셀룰로오스 플랜트로부터 건조하지 않고 추가 처리를 위해 인도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 g)에서 미정질 셀룰로오스의 농도가 93 % 이상의 건조 함량으로 농축 및 건조함으로써 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 f)에서 혼합물은 가수분해물로부터 미정질 셀룰로오스의 분리 전에 희석되고, 미정질 셀룰로오스의 세척으로부터의 가수분해물이 희석액으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미정질 셀룰로오스 제조 방법.
