Claims (15)
- 하기를 포함하는 센서 시스템:
a) 800 내지 1600 nm 범위의 파장을 갖는 레이저 광을 방출하는 LiDAR 센서, 및
b) LiDAR 센서의 전체 또는 부분을 둘러싸고 있으며, LiDAR 센서의 레이저 광이 관통하여 방출되는 요소로서 구성된 커버로서,
i) ISO 1133-1:2012-03 (300℃, 1.2 kg)에 따라 결정된, 8 내지 20 cm3/(10 min)의 용융 부피 유량 MVR을 갖는 방향족 폴리카르보네이트를 기재로 하는 열가소성 조성물을 포함하는 기판 층으로서,
여기서 조성물은 DIN ISO 13468-2:2006 (D65, 10°)에 따라 4 mm의 층 두께에서 결정된, 25.0% 미만의 380 내지 780 nm 범위에서의 광 투과율을 갖고,
여기서 기판 층은 그의 각각의 두께에서 DIN ISO 13468-2:2006에 따라 결정된, 적어도 40%의 800 nm 내지 1600 nm 범위에서의 IR 방사선에 대한 투과율을 갖는 것인
기판 층, 및
ii) 임의적으로, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 (PMMA)를 기재로 하며 적어도 1종의 UV 흡수제를 포함하는 프라이머 층,
iii) 유기적으로 개질된 실란과 실리카 졸의 조합을 포함하는 폴리실록산-기재 탑코트 층으로서, 탑코트 층은 스캐닝 투과 전자 현미경검사에 의해 결정된, 0.50 μm 미만의 D90을 갖는 이산화규소 입자를 포함하고, 스캐닝 투과 전자 현미경검사에 의해 결정된, ≥ 0.50 μm의 D90을 갖는 추가의 입자를 포함하지 않으며,
여기서 탑코트 층은 LiDAR 센서가 배치된 기판 층의 면의 반대쪽에 있는 기판 층의 면에 존재하는 것인

을 이 순서로 포함하는 다층체를 포함하는 커버. - 제1항에 있어서, 탑코트 층이 벤조페논, 레조르시놀, 2-(2-히드록시페닐)벤조트리아졸, 히드록시페닐-s-트리아진, 2-시아노아크릴레이트 및/또는 옥살아닐리드의 군으로부터의 적어도 1종의 UV 흡수제를 포함하는 것인 센서 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기적으로 개질된 실란이 적어도 1종의 메틸트리알콕시실란, 디메틸디알콕시실란 또는 그의 혼합물인 센서 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다층체가, 각각의 경우에 0.3 μm 내지 8 μm의 두께를 가지며, 벤조페논, 레조르시놀, 2-(2-히드록시페닐)벤조트리아졸, 히드록시페닐-s-트리아진, 2-시아노아크릴레이트, 옥살아닐리드의 군으로부터의 적어도 1종의 UV 흡수제 및/또는 입체 장애 아민 (HALS)을 포함하는 1개 이상의 프라이머 층을 포함하는 것인 센서 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 커버가 기판 층 i, 1개 이상의 탑코트 층 iii 및 임의적으로 1개 이상의 프라이머 층 ii 이외의 다른 층을 포함하지 않는 것인 센서 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, LiDAR 센서와 커버 사이에 공기 또는 LiDAR 센서의 기능적 능력에 불리하게 영향을 미치지 않는 요소만이 존재하는 것인 센서 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탑코트 층이 이산화규소 입자 이외의 다른 입자를 포함하지 않는 것인 센서 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스캐닝 투과 현미경검사에 의해 결정된, 이산화규소 입자의 D90이 50 nm 미만인 센서 시스템.
