Claims (13)
- 크랭크 실(102)이 형성된 전방 하우징(100);
상기 전방 하우징(100)과 마주보는 상대면에 결합되고, 내측 원주 방향을 따라 복수 개의 실린더 보어 (210) 내부에서 왕복 운동이 이루어지는 피스톤(220)이 배치된 실린더 블록(200);
상기 실린더 블록(200)과 마주보는 상대면에 결합되고, 내부에 흡입실(310)과 토출실(320)이 형성된 후방 하우징(300);
상기 전방 하우징(100)과 실린더 블록(200)의 중앙을 경유하여 삽입되고 사판(50)이 삽입된 회전축(400);
상기 피스톤(220)은 상기 실린더 보어(210)의 내부에 삽입되고, 표면이 균일하도록 유지되고, 코팅층(222a)이 형성되어 축 방향을 기준으로 직경이 일정하게 유지된 직경 유지부(222); 및
상기 직경 유지부(222)의 일측에 위치한 위치 결정부(221)의 위치변화에 따라 스피드와 스트로크를 감지하는 센서부(500)를 포함하고,
상기 직경 유지부(222)는 축 방향 길이(A)보다 상기 위치결정부(221)와 상기 직경 유지부(222) 사이의 경계점인 변환점(P)으로부터 피스톤 끝단 사이의 거리(B)가 더 짧도록 형성되고,
상기 센서부(500)는 상기 피스톤(220)의 왕복 운동에 따라 감지되는 센서값이 상기 위치 결정부(221)에서 상기 직경 유지부(222)로 이동될 때 또는 상기 직경 유지부(222)에서 상기 위치 결정부(221)로 이동될 때 수직 방향에서의 이격 거리에 따른 스위칭 신호를 입력 받는 압축기. - 삭제

상기 피스톤(220)이 1회 왕복 운동할 때 상기 센서부(500)의 축 방향 중심을 연장한 가상의 연장선(DL)과 상기 변환점(P)이 2회 만나는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 센서부(500)는 감지대상이 상기 위치 결정부(221)일 때, 상기 센서부(500)을 통해 입력된 데이터는 시간(t)에 따른 제1 자기장 신호(t1)로 입력되고,
상기 센서부(500)의 감지 대상이 상기 직경 유지부(222)일 때, 상기 센서부(500)을 통해 시간(t)에 따른 제2 자기장 신호(t2)로 입력되며,
상기 제2 자기장 신호(t2)는 상기 제1 자기장 신호(t1) 보다 높게 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 삭제

상기 센서부(500)에서 감지된 데이터를 입력받아 상기 피스톤의 스피드와 스트로크를 실시간으로 연산하는 연산부(700)를 더 포함하는 압축기. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 센서부(500)는 외형을 이루고 부도체로 형성된 바디부(510);
상기 바디부(510)의 축 방향에 삽입되고, 상기 바디부(510)가 이탈되지 않도록 고정하기 위한 고정부(522)가 구비된 지지부(520)에 의해 실린더 블록(200)에 결합되는 압축기. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 센서부(500)는 압축기의 무게중심을 기준으로 중력방향 상측에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 바디부(510)에는 외측으로 돌출된 단턱(511)이 형성되고, 상기 지지부(520)에는 상기 단턱(511)과 대응되도록 내측으로 요입된 홈(521)이 형성된 압축기. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 고정부(522)는 내측으로 절곡되어 상기 단턱(511)을 감싸도록 형성된 압축기. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 바디부(510)에는 상기 바디부(510)의 원주 방향 텐션을 이용하여 이탈을 방지하기 위한 리테이너(40)가 설치된 압축기. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 바디부(510)와 상기 실린더 블록(200)사이에는 실링부재(502)가 설치된 압축기.
