Claims (17)
- 양극과,
상기 양극에 대향하는 음극과,
상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 배치되는 격막과,
상기 음극을 상기 양극을 향하는 방향으로 압박하는 제1 탄성체와,
상기 격막과 상기 음극 사이에 배치되는 제1 전해용 전극과,
상기 제1 전해용 전극과 상기 음극 사이에 배치되고, 또한, 상기 제1 전해용 전극을 상기 양극을 향하는 방향으로 압박하는 제2 탄성체와,
상기 제1 탄성체의 상기 음극과는 반대 측의 면상에 배치되는 집전체와,
상기 집전체의 상기 제1 탄성체와는 반대 측의 면상에 배치되는 지지체와,
상기 지지체의 상기 집전체와는 반대 측의 면상에 배치되는 격벽
을 구비하고,
상기 제1 전해용 전극이 음극 전극으로서 기능하며,
상기 제1 전해용 전극과 상기 제2 탄성체와 상기 음극과 상기 제1 탄성체가 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 전해조. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 탄성체의 두께가 상기 제1 탄성체의 두께보다 큰 전해조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 탄성체의 상용(常用) 면압이 상기 제1 탄성체의 상용 면압보다 큰 전해조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 상기 격막 사이에 배치되는 제2 전해용 전극을 더 구비하고,
상기 제2 전해용 전극이 양극 전극으로서 기능하며,
상기 제2 전해용 전극과 상기 양극이 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 전해조. - 양극과, 상기 양극에 대향하는 음극과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 배치되는 격막과, 상기 음극을 상기 양극을 향하는 방향으로 압박하는 제1 탄성체와, 상기 제1 탄성체의 상기 음극과는 반대 측의 면상에 배치되는 집전체와, 상기 집전체의 상기 제1 탄성체와는 반대 측의 면상에 배치되는 지지체와, 상기 지지체의 상기 집전체와는 반대 측의 면상에 배치되는 격벽을 구비하는 기존 전해조로부터, 새로운 전해조를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 기존 전해조에 있어서, 상기 격막과 상기 음극 사이에 제1 전해용 전극을 배치하고, 또한, 상기 제1 전해용 전극과 상기 음극 사이에 제2 탄성체를 배치하는 공정 (A)를 포함하고,
상기 제2 탄성체가, 상기 양극을 향하는 방향으로 상기 제1 전해용 전극을 압박하며,
상기 제1 전해용 전극이 음극 전극으로서 기능하고,
상기 제1 전해용 전극과 상기 제2 탄성체와 상기 음극과 상기 제1 탄성체가 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 전해조의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 탄성체의 두께가 상기 제1 탄성체의 두께보다 큰 전해조의 제조 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2 탄성체의 상용 면압이 상기 제1 탄성체의 상용 면압보다 큰 전해조의 제조 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 상기 격막 사이에 제2 전해용 전극을 배치하는 공정 (B)를 더 포함하고,
상기 제2 전해용 전극이 양극 전극으로서 기능하며,
상기 제2 전해용 전극과 상기 양극이 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 전해조의 제조 방법. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (A)가, 상기 격막을 제거하는 서브 공정 (a1)과, 상기 서브 공정 (a1) 후, 새로운 격막과 상기 제1 전해용 전극을 포함하는 적층체를, 상기 제2 탄성체와 상기 양극 사이에 배치하는 서브 공정 (a2)를 포함하는 전해조의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 적층체가 제2 전해용 전극을 더 포함하고,
상기 제2 전해용 전극이 양극 전극으로서 기능하며,
상기 제2 전해용 전극과 상기 양극이 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 전해조의 제조 방법. - 삭제
