Claims (3)
- 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 폭 방향을 TD 방향으로 하고, 기계 흐름 방향을 MD 방향으로 하고, MD 방향으로 1.5 m 이상 연속하여 직선상으로 연신되는 줄무늬상 결함으로서 직선상에서 표면의 고저차 0.15 ㎛ 이상의 상기 줄무늬상 결함이 필름 전체 폭에서 5 개 이하이고, 또한 MD 방향으로 1.5 m 이상 연속하여 직선상으로 연신되는 줄무늬상 결함으로서 직선상에서 표면의 고저차 0.50 ㎛ 이상의 상기 줄무늬상 결함이 필름 전체 폭에 있어서 존재하지 않고, 또한
TD 방향 중앙부의 두께를 MD 방향으로 0.5 ㎜ 간격으로 1.0 m 에 걸쳐 측정했을 때의 최대치를 tMAX, 최소치를 tMIN 및 평균치를 tAVE 로 한 경우에, tAVE 가 35 ㎛ 이하이고, 또한 하기 식 (1) 에 의해 규정되는 두께 편차율이 5.5 % 이하인, 폴리비닐알코올 필름.
두께 편차율 = (tMAX ― tMIN)/tAVE × 100 (%) (1) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폭이 2.0 m 이상 7.0 m 이하인, 폴리비닐알코올 필름. - 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 94 ∼ 98 ℃ 의 제막 원액을, 88 ∼ 92 ℃ 의 롤 상에 유연함으로써 제막하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조 방법.
