Claims (9)
- 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물로서,
상기 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물은
(A) 분자 내 적어도 2개의 지방족 이중 결합을 갖는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산,
(B) 분자 내 적어도 3개의 Si-H 기를 갖는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산으로서, 이의 Si-H 함량은 0.45 중량% 이상 내지 1.3 중량% 이하인, 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산,
(C) 적어도 하나의 하이드로실릴화 촉매, 및
(D) 적어도 하나의 하기 화학식 (I)의 결합제로서,
[H2C=CH-(A1)z-(A2)m-X]nB (I)
여기서,
A1은 비치환되거나 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환되는 2가의 C1-C18-탄화수소 라디칼이며,
A2는 비인접 산소 원자 또는 질소 원자 또는 화학식 -NR-, -CO- 또는 -CO-NR1-에 의해 개재되거나(interrupted) 비개재되고(uninterrupted), 추가로 비치환되거나 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환되는 2가의 Cl-C24-탄화수소 라디칼이며, 단, 적어도 5개의 탄소 원자는 산소 또는 질소 원자당 존재하고,
X는 2가의 기 -O-, -CO- 또는 -COO-이며,
B는 탄소 원자 및 적어도 2개의 비인접 산소 원자를 포함하는 극성 라디칼이며, 여기서 산소 원자는 에테르 산소로서 또는 하이드록실기, Cl-C4-아실기 또는 Cl-C3-트리알킬실릴기로서 존재하고, 단, 3개 이하의 탄소 원자는 산소 원자당 존재하고,
m은 0 또는 1이며,
n은 2이고,
z는 0 또는 1이며,
R 및 R1은 각각 비치환되거나 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환되는 1가의 Cl-Cl0-탄화수소 라디칼이고,
단, 라디칼 [H2C=CH-(A1)z-(A2)m-X]는 동일하거나 상이한 것인, 결합제
를 포함하되, 단 (E) 하기 화학식 (III)의 환식(cyclic) 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산은 함유하지 않는, 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물.
(SiHR7O)g(SiR8R9O)k (III),
여기서,
R7은 수소이거나 R8과 동일하며,
R8 및 R9는 서로 독립적으로,
(a) 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가의 지방족으로 포화된 탄화수소 라디칼,
또는
(b) 6 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖고 적어도 하나의 방향족 C6 고리를 함유하는 할로겐-치환된 또는 비치환된 1가의 탄화수소 라디칼,
또는
(c) 3 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가의 지환족 할로겐-치환된 또는 비치환된 탄화수소 라디칼,
또는
(d) 2 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖고 O 또는 N 원자를 함유할 수 있거나 함유하지 않을 수 있는 할로겐-치환된, 포화된, 1가의 탄화수소 라디칼,
또는
(e) Si 원자를 함유하고 하나 이상의 Si-결합된 수소 원자가 있거나 없는 선형, 환식 또는 분지형 라디칼
이고,
g는 1 이상이며,
k는 0 또는 양의 정수, 또는 0, 1, 2, 또는 0이고,
단, g와 k의 합계는 4 이상이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 (I)에서 m은 0인, 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
20℃에서 오르가노폴리실록산 (B)의 점도는 5 내지 50,000 mPa.s, 또는 10 내지 5,000 mPa.s, 또는 15 내지 100 mPa.s인, 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(D)는 말단적으로(terminally) 불포화된 C6-C16-카르복실산과 올리고에틸렌 글리콜의 디에스테르인, 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 카르복실산은 10-운데센산인, 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 올리고에틸렌 글리콜은 2 내지 40개의 에틸렌 글리콜 단위 -[CH2-CH2-O]-, 또는 3 내지 20개의 에틸렌 글리콜 단위 -[CH2-CH2-O]-, 또는 4 내지 10개의 에틸렌 글리콜 단위 -[CH2-CH2-O]-를 갖는, 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물. - 기재 표면을 코팅하고 복합 몰딩을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
a) 기재 표면을 실리콘 고무 조성물로 코팅하고/하거나, 기재 및/또는 기재 조합을 조립하고 실리콘 고무 조성물을 중간 공간 내로 도입하는 단계,
b) 그 후에, 상기 실리콘 고무 조성물을 경화시키는 단계,
c) 그 후에, 이형(demolding) 작업을 후속하는 단계
를 포함하고,
실리콘 고무 조성물은 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물이며, 상기 첨가-가교 실리콘 고무 조성물은
(A) 분자 내 적어도 2개의 지방족 이중 결합을 갖는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산,
(B) 분자 내 적어도 3개의 Si-H 기를 갖는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산으로서, 이의 Si-H 함량은 적어도 0.45 중량% 내지 1.3 중량% 이하인, 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산,
(C) 적어도 하나의 하이드로실릴화 촉매, 및
(D) 적어도 하나의 하기 화학식 (I)의 결합제로서,
[H2C=CH-(A1)z-(A2)m-X]nB (I)
여기서,
A1은 비치환되거나 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환되는 2가의 C1-C18-탄화수소 라디칼이며,
A2는 비인접 산소 원자 또는 질소 원자 또는 화학식 -NR-, -CO- 또는 -CO-NR1-에 의해 개재되거나 비개재되고, 추가로 비치환되거나 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환되는 2가의 Cl-C24-탄화수소 라디칼이며, 단, 적어도 5개의 탄소 원자는 산소 또는 질소 원자당 존재하고,
X는 2가의 기 -O-, -CO- 또는 -COO-이며,
B는 탄소 원자 및 적어도 2개의 비인접 산소 원자를 포함하는 극성 라디칼이며, 여기서 산소 원자는 에테르 산소로서 또는 하이드록실기, Cl-C4-아실기 또는 Cl-C3-트리알킬실릴기로서 존재하고, 단, 3개 이하의 탄소 원자는 산소 원자당 존재하고,
m은 0 또는 1이며,
n은 2이고,
z는 0 또는 1이며,
R 및 R1은 각각 비치환되거나 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환되는 1가의 Cl-Cl0-탄화수소 라디칼이고,
단, 라디칼 [H2C=CH-(A1)z-(A2)m-X]는 동일하거나 상이한 것인, 결합제
를 포함하되, 단 (E) 하기 화학식 (III)의 환식 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산은 함유하지 않는,
기재 표면을 코팅하고 복합 몰딩을 제조하기 위한 방법.

여기서,
R7은 수소이거나 R8과 동일하며,
R8 및 R9는 서로 독립적으로,
(a) 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가의 지방족으로 포화된 탄화수소 라디칼,
또는
(b) 6 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖고 적어도 하나의 방향족 C6 고리를 함유하는 할로겐-치환된 또는 비치환된 1가의 탄화수소 라디칼,
또는
(c) 3 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가의 지환족 할로겐-치환된 또는 비치환된 탄화수소 라디칼,
또는
(d) 2 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖고 O 또는 N 원자를 함유할 수 있거나 함유하지 않을 수 있는 할로겐-치환된, 포화된, 1가의 탄화수소 라디칼,
또는
(e) Si 원자를 함유하고 하나 이상의 Si-결합된 수소 원자가 있거나 없는 선형, 환식 또는 분지형 라디칼
이고,
g는 1 이상이며,
k는 0 또는 양의 정수, 또는 0, 1, 2, 또는 0이고,
단, g와 k의 합계는 4 이상이다. - 제7항에 있어서,
열가소성 물질; 또는 폴리아미드, 폴리카르보네이트 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트가 기재로서 사용되는, 기재 표면을 코팅하고 복합 몰딩을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득 가능한, 코팅된 기재 또는 복합 몰딩.
