Claims (20)
- C4 탄화수소를 포함하는 공급 스트림을 수소 첨가 장치를 통하여 통과시켜 수소 첨가된 스트림을 생성하는 단계로서, 상기 수소 첨가 장치는 다수의 반응기들을 직렬로 포함하는 단계;
상기 수소 첨가된 스트림을 증류 장치를 통하여 통과시켜 제1 스트림 및 제2 스트림을 생성하는 단계;
상기 제1 스트림을 분자 체 장치를 통하여 통과시켜 90% 이상의 순도를 갖는 이소부틸렌 스트림을 생성하는 단계;
상기 이소부틸렌 스트림을 연료 첨가제를 위한 공급원으로서 수화 장치로 통과시키는 단계; 및
상기 수화 장치에서 연료 첨가제를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 연료 첨가제 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 스트림은 프로필렌, 에틸 아세틸렌, 비닐 아세틸렌, 프로파디엔, 1,3-부타디엔, 1,2-부타디엔, 이소부틸렌, 시스-2-부텐, 트랜스-2-부텐, 1-부텐, 이소부탄, n-부탄, 프로펜, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스트림은 이소부탄 및 이소부틸렌을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 스트림은 1-부텐 및 2-부텐을 포함하는, 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이소부틸렌 스트림으로부터 이소부틸렌 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 이소부틸렌 생성물은 90% 이상의 순도를 갖는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증류 장치로부터 n-부탄 스트림을 회수하는 단계 및 상기 n-부탄 스트림을 다시 상기 공급 스트림으로 재순환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분자 체 장치로부터 이소부탄 스트림을 회수하는 단계 및 상기 이소부탄 스트림을 다시 상기 공급 스트림으로 재순환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 이소부탄 스트림을 프로필렌 장치를 통하여 통과시키는 단계 및 상기 프로필렌 장치로부터 프로필렌 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증류 장치로부터 2-부텐 스트림을 회수하는 단계, 상기 2-부텐 스트림을 제2 수소 첨가 장치를 통하여 통과시켜 1-부텐 스트림을 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 1-부텐 스트림을 다시 상기 증류 장치로 재순환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 1-부텐 스트림의 일부를 분리 장치 및 상기 수화 장치를 통하여 통과시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수화 장치는 진동 배플 반응기, 고정층 반응기, 멤브레인 통합형 반응기, 등온 다관 반응기, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 스트림에 존재하는 임의의 부텐의 0.01 중량% 이상이 상기 수화 장치에서 부탄올로 전화되는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수화 장치로부터 연료 첨가제 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 연료 첨가제 생성물은 2-부탄올, 터트-부틸 알코올, 디-이소부텐, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 연료 첨가제 생성물은 0.01 중량% 이상의 트리메틸펜탄을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 안티-노크 지수에 따른 상기 연료 첨가제 생성물의 옥탄가는 85 이상인, 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 연료 첨가제 생성물의 레이드 증기압은 75 kPa 이하인, 방법.
- C4 탄화수소를 포함하는 공급 스트림을 수소 첨가 장치를 통하여 통과시켜 수소 첨가된 스트림을 생성하는 단계로서, 상기 공급 스트림에 존재하는 임의의 부타디엔의 90 중량% 이상이 상기 수소 첨가 장치에서 1-부텐 및/또는 2-부텐으로 전화되는 단계;
상기 수소 첨가된 스트림을 증류 장치를 통하여 통과시켜 이소부틸렌 및 이소부탄을 포함하는 제1 스트림 및 n-부탄, 1-부텐, 및 2-부텐을 포함하는 제2 스트림을 생성하는 단계;
상기 제1 스트림을 3 내지 10의 기공 크기를 갖는 분자 체 장치를 통하여 통과시켜 90% 이상의 순도를 갖는 이소부틸렌 스트림을 생성하는 단계;
상기 이소부틸렌을 공급원으로서 수화 장치로 통과시키는 단계;
상기 증류 장치로부터 2-부텐 스트림을 회수하는 단계, 상기 2-부텐 스트림을 제2 수소 첨가 장치를 통하여 통과시켜 1-부텐 스트림을 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 1-부텐 스트림을 공급원으로서 상기 수화 장치로 통과시키는 단계; 및
상기 수화 장치로부터 연료 첨가제 생성물을 회수하는 단계로서, 상기 연료 첨가제 생성물은 0.5 중량% 이상의 트리메틸펜탄을 포함하는 단계
를 포함하는, 연료 첨가제 제조 방법.
