도 2는 S2-013 세포의 배양액과 용해물(lysate)에서의 SCGB1D2, PODXL, CD63 및 GAPDH를 웨스턴 블롯법으로 검출한 결과를 나타내는 전기영동 사진이다.

Claims (6)
- 포도칼릭신 유사 단백질에 대한 항체를 포함하는,
혈액 샘플을 이용하여 췌장암 또는 췌장관 내 유두상 점액성 종양을 진단하기 위한 키트로서,
여기서 상기 포도칼릭신 유사 단백질이 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 것인, 키트. - 제1항에 있어서, CA19-9에 대한 항체를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 키트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혈액 샘플이 혈장 샘플인 것인, 키트.
- 췌장암 세포의 전이를 평가하기 위한 시험관 내 (in vitro) 방법으로써,
혈액 샘플에서 포도칼릭신 유사 단백질의 농도를 측정하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
여기서 상기 포도칼릭신 유사 단백질이 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가지고,
여기서 측정된 포도칼릭신 유사 단백질의 농도가, 비췌장암 환자로부터의 혈액 샘플에서의 농도에 비교하였을 때, 더 높은 농도는 췌장암 세포의 전이의 존재를 나타내는 것인, 시험관 내 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 혈액 샘플에서 CA19-9의 농도를 측정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고,
여기서 측정된 CA19-9의 농도가, 비췌장암 환자로부터의 혈액 샘플에서의 농도에 비교하였을 때, 더 높은 농도는 췌장암 세포의 전이의 존재를 나타내는 것인, 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 혈액 샘플이 혈장 샘플인 것인, 방법.
