Claims (15)
- 투과율이 가변되는 투영글라스;
상기 투영글라스의 투과율을 조절하는 가변글라스 구동부;
상기 투영글라스에 영상을 디스플레이하는 프로젝터;
상기 투영글라스에 투영할 영상을 입력받는 영상 입력부;
상기 투영글라스의 작동모드를 선택하는 모드 선택부; 및
상기 모드 선택부의 선택에 따라 상기 가변글라스 구동부를 구동시켜 상기 투영글라스의 투과율을 조절하고, 상기 영상 입력부로부터 입력되는 영상을 상기 프로젝터를 통해 상기 투영글라스에 투영시키는 제어부;를 포함하되,
상기 작동모드는, HUD모드, 일반모드, 스크린모드 및 암영모드를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 모드 선택부로부터 상기 스크린모드가 선택된 경우 상기 가변글라스 구동부의 구동을 중지시키고, 상기 영상 입력부로부터 영상정보를 입력받아 상기 프로젝터를 작동시켜 상기 투영글라스에 투영시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 영상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 투영글라스는, 제1 투명글라스, HOE(Holographic Optical Elements) 필름, 가변필름 및 제2 투명글라스가 순차적으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 영상장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는, 상기 모드 선택부로부터 상기 HUD모드가 선택된 경우 상기 가변글라스 구동부를 구동시키고, 상기 영상 입력부로부터 주행정보 영상을 입력받아 상기 프로젝터를 작동시켜 상기 투영글라스에 투영시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 영상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는, 상기 모드 선택부로부터 상기 일반모드가 선택된 경우 상기 가변글라스 구동부를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 영상장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는, 상기 모드 선택부로부터 상기 암영모드가 선택된 경우 상기 가변글라스 구동부의 구동을 중지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 영상장치.
- 제어부가 모드 선택부로부터 투영글라스의 작동모드를 입력받는 단계;
상기 제어부가 상기 작동모드에 따라 상기 투영글라스의 투과율을 조절하는 가변글라스 구동부를 선택적으로 구동시키는 단계; 및
상기 제어부가 상기 가변글라스 구동부의 구동을 제어한 후 상기 작동모드에 따라 영상 입력부로부터 입력된 영상을 프로젝터를 통해 상기 투영글라스에 투영시키는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 작동모드는, HUD모드, 일반모드, 스크린모드 및 암영모드를 포함하고,
상기 프로젝터를 통해 상기 투영글라스에 투영시키는 단계는, 상기 작동모드가 상기 스크린모드인 경우 상기 제어부가 상기 영상 입력부로부터 영상정보를 입력받아 상기 프로젝터를 작동시켜 상기 투영글라스에 투영시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 영상장치의 제어방법.
- 삭제
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 가변글라스 구동부를 선택적으로 구동시키는 단계는, 상기 작동모드가 상기 HUD모드와 상기 일반모드인 경우 상기 제어부가 상기 가변글라스 구동부를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 영상장치의 제어방법.
