Claims (16)
- a) 적어도 하나의 기유;
b) 적어도 하나의 증점제;
c) 황화아연; 및
d) 이황화 몰리브덴 및/또는 이황화 텅스텐을 포함하고,
상기 황화아연은 약 0.1 중량% 내지 약 2.0 중량%의 양으로 포함되고, 상기 중량%는 그리스 조성물의 총량을 나타내고,
상기 이황화 몰리브덴 및/또는 이황화 텅스텐은 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 5.0 중량%의 양으로 포함되고, 상기 중량%는 그리스 조성물의 총량을 나타내고,
이황화 몰리브덴 및/또는 이황화 텅스텐의 중량% 양 대 황화아연의 양의 비율이 3:1 내지 약 10:1 인 것인 등속 조인트용 그리스 조성물. - 제1항에서,
이황화 몰리브덴 및/또는 이황화 텅스텐과 황화아연의 총량은 최대 약 7 중량% 이고, 상기 중량%는 상기 그리스 조성물의 총량을 나타내는 것인 그리스 조성물. - 제1항에서,
적어도 하나의 유기 황-첨가제는 약 0.2 중량% 내지 약 1.0 중량%의 양으로 포함되고, 상기 중량%는 상기 그리스 조성물의 총량을 나타내는 것인 그리스 조성물. - 제1항에서,
적어도 하나의 유기 황-첨가제는 황을 적어도 10 중량%의 양으로 포함하고, 상기 중량%는 상기 유기 황-첨가제의 총량을 나타내는 것인 그리스 조성물. - 제1항에서,
적어도 하나의 유기 인-첨가제는 약 0.2 중량% 내지 약 1.0 중량%의 양으로 포함되고, 상기 중량%는 상기 그리스 조성물의 총량을 나타내는 것인 그리스 조성물. - 제1항에서,

상기 적어도 하나의 기유는 적어도 하나의 파라핀계 오일을 약 30 중량% 내지 약 85 중량%의 양으로 포함하고, 상기 중량%는 상기 기유의 총량을 나타내는 것인 그리스 조성물. - 제1항에서,
상기 적어도 하나의 기유는 적어도 하나의 나프텐계 오일을 약 15 중량% 내지 약 80 중량%의 양으로 포함하고, 상기 중량%는 상기 기유의 총량을 나타내는 것인 그리스 조성물. - 제1항에서,
상기 그리스 조성물은
약 65 중량% 내지 약 95 중량%의 적어도 하나의 기유,
약 2 중량% 내지 약 20 중량%의 적어도 하나의 증점제,
약 0.1 중량% 내지 약 2.0 중량%의 적어도 하나의 황화아연,
약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 5.0 중량%의 이황화 몰리브덴 및/또는 이황화 텅스텐,
약 0.2 중량% 내지 약 1.0 중량%의 적어도 하나의 유기 황-첨가제, 및
약 0.2 중량% 내지 약 1.0 중량%의 적어도 하나의 유기 인-첨가제를 포함하고,
각각의 경우에 상기 중량%는 상기 그리스 조성물의 총량을 나타내는 것인 그리스 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 그리스 조성물을 포함하는 등속 조인트.
