Claims (11)
- 제 1 기판;
상기 제 1 기판 상에 배치되는 제 2 기판; 및
상기 제 1 기판 및 상기 제 2 기판 사이에 배치되는 전기 변색부를 포함하고,
하기의 측정 방법에 의해서 측정되는 광 투과 변화율이 0.25 미만이고,
하기의 측정 방법에 의해서 측정되는 헤이즈 변화가 5.5% 미만인 전기 변색 소자.
[측정 방법]
상기 제 1 기판을 통하여, 상기 전기 변색부에 유사 태양광이 1000 W/㎡의 세기로 10분 동안 조사되고, 상기 유사 태양광의 조사 전에 상기 전기 변색 소자의 제 1 광 투과율이 측정되고, 상기 유사 태양광의 조사 후에 상기 전기 변색 소자의 제 2 광 투과율이 측정되고, 상기 광 투과 변화율은 상기 제 1 광 투과율 및 상기 제 2 광 투과율의 차이를 상기 제 1 광 투과율로 나눈 값이다.
[측정 방법]
상기 유사 태양광 조사 전에 실시예에 따른 전기 변색 소자의 제 1 헤이즈가 측정되고, 상기 유사 태양광 조사 후에 실시예에 따른 전기 변색 소자의 제 2 헤이즈가 측정되고, 상기 헤이즈 변화는 상기 제 2 헤이즈로부터 상기 제 1 헤이즈를 뺀 값이다. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하기의 측정 방법에 의해서 측정되는 L* 변화가 9미만인 전기 변색 소자.
[측정 방법]
상기 유사 태양광 조사 전에 상기 제 1 변색층의 제 1 L*가 측정되고, 상기 유사 태양광 조사 후에 상기 제 1 변색층의 제 2 L*가 측정되고, 상기 L*변화는 상기 제 2 L*로부터 상기 제 1 L*를 뺀 값의 절대값이다. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 하기의 측정 방법에 의해서 측정되는 a* 변화가 5미만인 전기 변색 소자.
[측정 방법]
상기 유사 태양광 조사 전에 상기 제 1 변색층의 제 1 a*가 측정되고, 상기 유사 태양광 조사 후에 상기 제 1 변색층의 제 2 a*가 측정되고, 상기 a*변화는 상기 제 2 a*로부터 상기 제 1 a*를 뺀 값의 절대값이다. - 제 4 항에 있어서, 하기의 측정 방법에 의해서 측정되는 b* 변화가 10미만인 전기 변색 소자.
[측정 방법]
상기 유사 태양광 조사 전에 상기 제 1 변색층의 제 1 b*가 측정되고, 상기 유사 태양광 조사 후에 상기 제 1 변색층의 제 2 b*가 측정되고, 상기 b*변화는 상기 제 2 b*로부터 상기 제 1 b*를 뺀 값의 절대값이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전기 변색부는
상기 제 1 기판 상에 배치되는 제 1 투명 전극;
상기 제 1 투명 전극 상에 배치되는 제 1 변색층;
상기 제 1 변색층 상에 배치되는 광 전자 저감층;
상기 광 전자 저감층 상에 배치되는 전해질층;
상기 전해질층 상에 배치되는 제 2 변색층; 및
상기 제 2 변색층 상에 배치되는 제 2 투명 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 변색층은 전기 변색 변색 물질을 포함하고,
상기 광 전자 저감층은 상기 전기 변색 물질보다 더 낮은 밴드 갭을 가지는 전자 수용 물질을 포함하는 전기 변색 소자. - 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 변색 물질은 텅스텐 옥사이드를 포함하고,
상기 전자 수용 물질은 카본 블랙, 카본 나노 튜브 또는 그래핀으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 전기 변색 소자. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 광 투과도는 50% 내지 85%이고, 상기 제 1 헤이즈는 0.1% 내지 5%인 전기 변색 소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 L*는 80 내지 100이고, 상기 제 1 a*는 -2 내지 1.5이고, 상기 제 1 b*는 0.5 내지 4인 전기 변색 소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 광 전자 저감층은 상기 전자 수용 물질 및 바인더를 포함하는 전기 변색 소자.
- 프레임;
상기 프레임에 장착되는 윈도우; 및
상기 윈도우에 배치되는 전기 변색 소자를 포함하고,
상기 전기 변색 소자는
제 1 기판;
상기 제 1 기판 상에 배치되는 제 2 기판; 및
상기 제 1 기판 및 상기 제 2 기판 사이에 배치되는 전기 변색부를 포함하고,
하기의 측정 방법에 의해서 측정되는 광 투과 변화율이 0.25 미만이고,
하기의 측정 방법에 의해서 측정되는 헤이즈 변화가 5.5% 미만인 윈도우 장치.
[측정 방법]
상기 제 1 기판을 통하여, 상기 전기 변색부에 유사 태양광이 1000 W/㎡의 세기로 10분 동안 조사되고, 상기 유사 태양광의 조사 전에 상기 전기 변색 소자의 제 1 광 투과율이 측정되고, 상기 유사 태양광의 조사 후에 상기 전기 변색 소자의 제 2 광 투과율이 측정되고, 상기 광 투과 변화율은 상기 제 1 광 투과율 및 상기 제 2 광 투과율의 차이를 상기 제 1 광 투과율로 나눈 값이다.
[측정 방법]
상기 유사 태양광 조사 전에 실시예에 따른 전기 변색 소자의 제 1 헤이즈가 측정되고, 상기 유사 태양광 조사 후에 실시예에 따른 전기 변색 소자의 제 2 헤이즈가 측정되고, 상기 헤이즈 변화는 상기 제 2 헤이즈로부터 상기 제 1 헤이즈를 뺀 값이다.
