Claims (10)
- 제1 기재층 및 제2 기재층 사이에 광투과가변 구조체가 개재되고,
상기 광투과가변 구조체가 제1 변색층 및 제2 변색층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 변색층 및 상기 제2 변색층 사이에 전해질층이 개재되고,
상기 제2 변색층이 산화성 변색 물질 및 고분자 수지를 포함하고,
상기 고분자 수지가 우레탄 아크릴계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 에스테르계 수지, 에폭시계 수지, 페놀계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리이미드계 수지, 및 에틸렌초산비닐계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상이고,
상기 제2 변색층의 두께가 300 nm 내지 800 nm이고,
신율이 60% 내지 170%인, 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,
인장강도가 120 kgf/mm2 내지 350 kgf/mm2인, 전기변색소자.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 변색층이 산화성 변색 물질 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 5 중량부의 상기 고분자 수지를 포함하는, 전기변색소자.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 변색층이 환원성 변색 물질을 포함하고,
상기 제1 변색층 및 상기 제2 변색층이 각각 습식 코팅 방식으로 형성된, 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해질층의 이온 전도도가 10-3 mS/cm 이상인, 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해질층의 점착력이 200 g/inch 이상인, 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기재층 및 상기 제2 기재층이 각각 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌나트탈레이트(PEN), 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리이미드(PI), 폴리시크로헥실렌디메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PCT), 폴리에테르술폰(PES), 나일론(nylon), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 및 사이클로올레핀폴리머(COP)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상을 포함하는, 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기재층의 두께가 50 ㎛ 내지 180 ㎛이고,
상기 제2 기재층의 두께가 50 ㎛ 내지 180 ㎛인, 전기변색소자.
