Claims (7)
- 도료 조성물에 있어서,
스티렌 변성 알키드 수지, 흄드실리카, 안료, 소포제, 분산제 및 용제를 포함하고,
상기 도료 조성물의 고형분 함량은 40~55 wt%이며,
상기 용제는, 자일렌을 포함하는 제1 용제 46~58 wt%; 경질 방향족 나프타를 포함하는 제2 용제 6~11 wt%; 및 경질 수소화 나프타와 경질 직류 나프타를 포함하는 제3 용제 34~45 wt%;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 속건 원코트 방청 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스티렌 변성 알키드 수지는 지방산 변성 알키드 수지와 스티렌 단량체를 반응시켜 얻어지고,
상기 지방산 변성 알키드 수지는, 다가산 화합물, 다가알코올 화합물 및 지방산 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 속건 원코트 방청 도료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 지방산 변성 알키드 수지를 제조하는 제1 단계(S10);
상기 지방산 변성 알키드 수지와 스티렌 단량체를 반응시켜 스티렌 변성 알키드 수지를 제조하는 제2 단계(S20); 및
상기 스티렌 변성 알키드 수지와 첨가제 및 제1 용제를 혼합하는 제3 단계(S30);를 포함하고,
상기 제1 단계(S10)는, 다가산 화합물, 다가알코올 화합물 및 지방산 화합물을 혼합하고, 가열하는 지방산 변성 알키드 수지 제조 단계(S11); 및 상기 지방산 변성 알키드 수지 제조 단계를 거쳐 얻어진 혼합물을 제1 용제; 및 경질 방향족 나프타를 포함하는 제2 용제;로 희석하는 지방산 변성 알키드 수지 희석 단계(S12);를 포함하며,
상기 제2 단계(S20)는, 지방산 변성 알키드 수지와 스티렌 단량체를 개시제 하에 반응시켜 중합시킨 후, 제1 용제; 및 경질 수소화 나프타와 경질 직류 나프타를 포함하는 제3 용제;로 희석하는 단계이고,
상기 제3 단계(S30)는, 스티렌 변성 알키드 수지와 첨가제를 혼합한 뒤, 제1 용제로 희석하는 단계이며,
자일렌을 포함하는 제1 용제 46~58 wt%; 경질 방향족 나프타를 포함하는 제2 용제 6~11 wt%; 및 경질 수소화 나프타와 경질 직류 나프타를 포함하는 제3 용제 34~45 wt%;를 포함하고,
도료 조성물의 고형분 함량이 40~55 wt%인, 속건 원코트 방청 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
