Claims (8)
- 정제수, 프로테아제, 메틸아크릴로일옥시에틸 포스포릴콜린(MPC) 및 염화나트륨을 포함하며,
상기 MPC는 용매에 MPC가 혼합된 MPC수용액을 제조한 후, 상기 MPC수용액을 상기 정제수에 혼합하여 첨가하되,
상기 MPC수용액은 계면활성제가 용해된 편백추출오일상의 용액과 MPC 및 수용성가교제가 용해된 정제수가 혼합되며,
상기 MPC수용액은 세균의 증식을 방지하는 천연항균제를 더 포함하며,
상기 천연항균제는 상기 편백추출오일의 제조과정에서 생성된 편백추출수에 우엉을 침지 및 가열하여 우엉추출물을 추출함으로써 제조된
MPC와 프로테아제 기반의 콘택트렌즈 세정액.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 프로테아제가 파파인(papain), 피신(ficin), 브로멜라인(bromelain), 및 액티니딘(actinidin)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는
MPC와 프로테아제 기반의 콘택트렌즈 세정액.

상기 천연항균제는 상기 편백추출오일의 제조과정에서 생성된 편백추출수에 남천(Nandina domestica Thunb)을 더해 침지 및 가열하여 남천추출물을 추출함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는
MPC와 프로테아제 기반의 콘택트렌즈 세정액.
