Claims (7)
- 정제수 및 메틸아크릴로일옥시에틸 포스포릴콜린(MPC)을 포함하며,
상기 MPC는 용매에 MPC가 혼합된 MPC수용액을 제조한 후, 상기 MPC수용액을 상기 정제수에 혼합하여 첨가하되,
상기 MPC수용액은 계면활성제가 용해된 편백추출오일상의 용액과 MPC 및 수용성가교제가 용해된 정제수가 혼합된 것이며,
상기 MPC수용액은 세균의 증식을 방지하는 천연항균제를 더 포함하며,
상기 천연항균제는 상기 편백추출오일의 제조과정에서 생성된 편백추출수에 우엉을 침지 및 가열하여 우엉추출물을 추출함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는
생체적합성 MPC 고분자 기반의 손소독제 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 천연항균제는 상기 편백추출오일의 제조과정에서 생성된 편백추출수에 남천(Nandina domestica Thunb)을 더해 침지 및 가열하여 남천추출물을 추출함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는
생체적합성 MPC 고분자 기반의 손소독제 조성물.
- 편백나무에서 편백추출수와 편백추출오일을 추출하는 편백나무 추출물 추출단계;
상기 편백나무 추출물 추출단계후, MPC수용액을 제조하는 MPC수용액 제조단계;
상기 MPC 수용액에 정제수를 혼합하여 혼합용액을 제조하는 혼합용액 제조단계;
상기 제조된 혼합용액에 첨가제를 첨가하는 첨가제 첨가단계; 및
상기 첨가제가 첨가된 혼합용액을 여과하는 여과단계를 포함하며,
상기 편백나무 추출물 추출단계는 상기 편백나무에 용매를 가하여 가열하고, 상기 가열에 의해 발생되는 수증기를 냉각하여 각각 편백추출수와 편백추출오일로 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는
생체적합성 MPC 고분자 기반의 손소독제 조성물 제조방법.
- 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 MPC수용액 제조단계는
상기 편백나무 추출물 추출단계에서 추출된 편백추출오일에 계면활성제를 용해시켜 편백추출오일상의 용액을 제조하는 편백추출오일상 용액 제조단계;
MPC와 수용성 가교제를 정제수에 용해시켜 MPC용액을 제조하는 MPC용액 제조단계; 및
상기 MPC수용액을 제조하기 위해 편백추출오일상 용액과 MPC용액을 혼합하는 혼합단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
생체적합성 MPC 고분자 기반의 손소독제 조성물 제조방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 MPC용액 제조단계는 상기 편백나무 추출물 추출단계에서 추출된 편백추출수에 혼합용매를 가하고 우엉을 침지 및 가열하여 우엉추출물을 추출함으로써 제조된 천연항균제를 혼합하는 천연항균제 혼합단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
생체적합성 MPC 고분자 기반의 손소독제 조성물 제조방법.
- 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 천연항균제 혼합단계에서는 상기 우엉이 침지된 편백추출수에 남천을 더해 침지 및 가열함으로서 남천추출물을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는
생체적합성 MPC 고분자 기반의 손소독제 조성물 제조방법.
