상기 활성층은, 상기 적어도 세 개의 서브 트랜지스터들의 활성층들의 사이에 개재된 적어도 두 개의 공통 전도성 영역들을 포함하며,
상기 화소는, 상기 적어도 두 개의 공통 전도성 영역들 각각과 중첩되며 서로 이격된 적어도 두 개의 도전 패턴들을 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도전 패턴은, 상기 제1 및 제2 전도성 영역들을 전기적으로 연결하는 선상에서 상기 공통 전도성 영역을 중심으로 대칭인 형상을 가지는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도전 패턴은 전기적으로 격리되는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제2 전극과 상기 제1 노드의 사이에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 주사선에 전기적으로 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제3 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제1 노드와 초기화 전원의 사이에 전기적으로 연결되며, 제1 제어선에 전기적으로 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제4 트랜지스터; 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제3 트랜지스터는 상기 공통 전도성 영역을 포함하며,
상기 도전 패턴은, 상기 공통 전도성 영역과 중첩되도록 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 활성층의 하부에 배치되는, 표시 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제4 트랜지스터는 상기 공통 전도성 영역을 포함하며,
상기 도전 패턴은, 상기 공통 전도성 영역과 중첩되도록 상기 제4 트랜지스터의 활성층의 하부에 배치되는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화소는 복수의 스위칭 트랜지스터들을 포함하며,
상기 스위칭 트랜지스터들 중 일부는 상기 제1 및 제2 채널 영역들 및 상기 공통 전도성 영역을 포함한 다중 구조의 트랜지스터로 구성되고,
상기 다중 구조의 트랜지스터 각각의 상기 공통 전도성 영역 하부에 상기 도전 패턴이 배치되는, 표시 장치. - 제1 전원과 제2 전원의 사이에 전기적으로 연결된 발광 소자;
상기 제1 전원과 상기 발광 소자의 사이에 전기적으로 연결되며, 제1 노드의 전압에 대응하여 상기 발광 소자에 흐르는 구동 전류를 제어하는 제1 트랜지스터;
상기 제1 노드에 전기적으로 연결되며, 서로 이격된 제1 전도성 영역 및 제2 전도성 영역과, 상기 제1 및 제2 전도성 영역들의 사이에 개재된 제1 채널 영역 및 제2 채널 영역과, 상기 제1 및 제2 채널 영역들의 사이에 개재된 공통 전도성 영역을 포함한 활성층을 포함하는 스위칭 트랜지스터; 및
상기 활성층의 상기 공통 전도성 영역의 중심과 중첩되는 도전 패턴을 포함하는, 화소. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 도전 패턴은, 상기 활성층의 하부에 배치되어 전기적으로 격리되는, 화소. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 도전 패턴은, 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트 또는 소스 전극, 또는 소정의 전원에 전기적으로 연결되는, 화소. - 제1항에 있어서,
