도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 디스플레이 장치를 발췌하여 나타낸 것으로서, 도 1의 II-II선에 따른 단면도에 해당한다.

도 5 및 도 6은 도 4의 변형예들이다.

Claims (17)
- 휘어진 플라스틱 기판;
상기 플라스틱 기판의 제1면 상의 표시소자층;
상기 표시소자층 상의 박막봉지층; 및
상기 플라스틱 기판의 상기 제1면의 반대편인 제2면 상에 배치되며, 상기 플라스틱 기판을 따라 휘어진 광흡수층;
상기 플라스틱 기판을 향하는 상기 광흡수층의 제3면의 반대편인 제4면 상에 배치되는 쿠션층;
상기 쿠션층 상에 배치되는 정전기 차폐층;을 포함하며,
상기 쿠션층 및 상기 정전기 차폐층 중 적어도 어느 하나는 두께 방향으로 형성된 절개패턴을 갖는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 기판은,
휘어지고 복수의 화소와 대응하는 표시영역; 및
상기 표시영역을 둘러싸는 비표시영역'을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수층은 상기 표시영역과 전체적으로 중첩하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수층, 상기 쿠션층, 및 상기 정전기 차폐층 중 적어도 어느 하나의 단부는, 상기 표시영역을 지나 상기 비표시영역 상에 위치하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수층, 상기 쿠션층, 및 상기 정전기 차폐층 중 적어도 어느 하나의 단부는, 상기 플라스틱 기판의 단부로부터 오프셋되어 있는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 기판의 단부는, 상기 광흡수층, 상기 쿠션층, 및 상기 정전기 차폐층의 단부들 보다 더 돌출된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절개패턴은 상기 광흡수층의 휘어진 부분에 대응하여 배치된, 디스플레이 장치 - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 쿠션층 및 상기 정전기 차폐층은 각각 절개패턴을 구비하며,
상기 쿠션층의 절개패턴과 상기 정전기 차폐층의 절개패턴은 서로 연결된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 기판의 상기 제2면과 상기 광흡수층 사이에 개재되며, 상기 광흡수층에서 상기 플라스틱 기판을 향하는 두께 방향으로 볼록한 산부(emboss portion)들 및 골부(deboss portion)들을 구비하는 점착층을 더 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 점착층은, 아크릴계 점착제를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 산부들은 각각 섬형이고 서로 이격되어 배치되며, 상기 골부들은 상기 산부 각각을 둘러싸도록 서로 연결된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 골부는 외부와 유체적으로 연결된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수층은, 카본 블랙 및 블랙 잉크 중 적어도 어느 하나, 및 수지재를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수층은,
플라스틱 기재층; 및
상기 플라스틱 기재층 상에 배치되며, 상기 카본 블랙 및 상기 블랙 잉크 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 블랙층;을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수층은, 상기 카본 블랙 및 블랙 잉크 중 적어도 어느 하나가 섞인 블랙 수지층을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 정전기 차폐층은, 구리 및 그라파이트 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 기판은,
제1플라스틱층;
상기 제1플라스틱층 상의 제2플라스틱층; 및
상기 제1플라스틱층과 상기 제2플라스틱층 사이에 개재되는 무기층;을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치.
