Claims (15)
- 대형 디젤 엔진을 작동하는 방법으로서,
터보 과급기가 구비된 상기 대형 디젤 엔진은 적어도 가스 모드에서 작동될 수 있고 상기 가스 모드에서 연료로서 가스가 실린더 (21) 내로 도입되고 연소 후 출구 밸브 (24) 를 통하여 방출되고, 상기 가스 모드에서의 작동 (10) 중, 운영 요원 (11) 의 관찰 및 제어 장치들에 의해 검출되는 작동 파라미터들의 평가 중 적어도 하나에 의해 상기 대형 디젤 엔진의 부하 변동이 미리 정해진 양을 초과하는 것이 감지 (13) 되면, 상기 작동은,
- 상기 엔진의 회전 속도 또는 부하에 기초하여 상기 가스 모드에서 상기 출구 밸브를 폐쇄하기 위해 드웰 각도 (dwell angle) 를 결정하는 단계,
- 소기 공기의 현재 충전 압력을 측정하는 단계, 상기 엔진의 회전 속도 및 상기 부하에 기초하여 룩업 테이블 또는 룩업 매트릭스로부터 상기 소기 공기의 필요한 충전 압력을 결정하는 단계, 및 상기 현재 충전 압력과 상기 필요한 충전 압력의 차이에 기초하여 상기 드웰 각도에 대한 보정값을 결정하는 단계 (14),
- 상기 드웰 각도에 상기 보정값을 추가함으로써 과도 (transient) 드웰 각도를 결정하는 단계 (14);
- 과도 드웰 각도에서 상기 출구 밸브를 폐쇄하는 단계 (15)
를 포함하는 과도 모드로 전환되고,
상기 작동 파라미터들은, 소기 공기의 현재 압력, 실린더 압력, 계산된 공기 대 가스 비, 노킹 검출기의 신호, 엔진의 부하에 대한 회전 속도의 비, 엔진의 부하에 대한 회전 속도의 비의 변화, 엔진의 토크, 토크의 변화, 주입에 요구되는 연료량, 및 주입에 요구되는 연료량의 변화 중 적어도 하나인, 대형 디젤 엔진을 작동하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 대형 디젤 엔진 (20) 은, 가스의 연소 및 액체 연료, 또는 디젤 또는 중연료유의 연소를 위한 듀얼 연료 엔진으로서 구성되는, 대형 디젤 엔진을 작동하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보정값은 네거티브이고 상기 보정값의 크기는 최대로 60 도에 달하는, 대형 디젤 엔진을 작동하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보정값은 포지티브이고 최대로 60 도에 달하는, 대형 디젤 엔진을 작동하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 과도 모드는
- 상기 엔진의 회전 속도 또는 상기 엔진의 토크의 원하는 값을 결정하는 단계,
- 상기 대형 디젤 엔진의 작업 사이클마다 연료로서 이용가능한 가스의 양에 대한 상한치를 결정하는 단계 (14'),
- 상기 가스 이외에 연소 공간으로 도입되는 액체 연료의 부가량을 결정하는 단계 (14) 로서, 상기 회전 속도에 대한 원하는 값이 실현되도록 상기 부가량의 크기가 정해지는, 상기 액체 연료의 부가량을 결정하는 단계 (14')
를 포함하는, 대형 디젤 엔진을 작동하는 방법. - 삭제

가스의 연소를 위한 그리고 액체 연료, 또는 디젤 또는 중연료유의 연소를 위한 듀얼 연료 엔진으로서 구성되는, 대형 디젤 엔진. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 과도 모드를 개시 및 수행하기 위한 제어 장치 (14) 를 포함하는 엔진 제어부가 제공되는, 대형 디젤 엔진. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항, 제 8 항, 제 10 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
