Claims (16)
- (A)(a)페닐말레이미드계 단량체 및 스틸렌계 단량체를 포함하여 제조되는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트계 공중합 수지 30 내지 80 중량%, (b)용융흐름 지수(온도: 230 ℃, 하중: 3.8 kg)가 15 내지 25의 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 5 내지 20 중량% 및 (c)아크릴계 충격보강제 15 내지 60 중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물; 및
상기 (A)수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대해서, (B)C1-C4알킬 메타크릴레이트 40 내지 80 중량%, C2-C8의 히드록시알킬 메타크릴레이트 10 내지 50 중량% 및 C1-C4알킬 아크릴레이트 10 내지 30 중량%를 포함하여 제조되는 친수성 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트계 수지; 1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 저광택 복합수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (a)폴리메틸메타크릴레이트계 공중합 수지는 페닐말레이미드계 단량체 1 내지 10 mol%를 함유하는 것인 저광택 복합수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (a)폴리메틸메타크릴레이트계 공중합 수지는 스틸렌계 단량체 1 내지 5 mol%를 함유하는 것인 저광택 복합수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (c)아크릴계 충격보강제는 평균입경크기가 0.1 내지 1 ㎛인 저광택 복합 수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 폴리메틸메타크릴이트계 수지는 현탁중합으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저광택 복합수지 조성물. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트계 수지는 하기 중합조건으로 현탁 중합되는 것이 특징인 저광택 복합수지 조성물:
(1)1차 중합반응 온도는 80 내지 90 ℃
(2)2차 중합반응 온도는 100 내지 110 ℃. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 저광택 복합수지 조성물은 ISO 2813으로 측정된 광택도가 30 GU 이하인 저광택 복합수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 저광택 복합수지 조성물은 ISO 179로 측정된 충격강도가 6.0 KJ/㎡ 이상인 저광택 복합수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 저광택 복합수지 조성물은 하기 광학적 물성을 만족하는 것인 저광택 복합수지 조성물:
(1)ISO 13468로 측정된 투과율이 90 % 이상,
(2)ISO 14782로 측정된 헤이즈가 10 % 이하,
(3)ASTM E131으로 측정된 황색도가 5 이하 - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 저광택 복합수지 조성물은 ISO 6508로 측정된 경도가 30 이상인 저광택 복합수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 저광택 복합수지 조성물은 활제, 자외선 안정제, 열 안정제, 가소제, 산화방지제 및 소포제에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 함유하는 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것인 저광택 복합수지 조성물. - 제 1항 내지 11 항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 저광택 복합수지 조성물을 포함하여 제조된 저광택 필름.
- 기재필름 및 제12항의 저광택 필름을 포함하여 제조된 적층필름.
- 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 적층필름은 기재필름 일면 또는 양면에 저광택 필름이 적층된 것인 적층필름. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 적층필름은 열가소성 필름을 더 포함하여 적층된 것인 적층필름. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 적층필름은 공압출법, 알출적층법 및 가열적층법에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 방법으로 제조되는 것이 특징인 적층필름.
