- 하부 절연막 상에서 각 화소 영역마다 형성되는 상부 메탈을 커버하도록 층간 절연막이 증착되는 단계;
적색 화소영역에서 상기 층간 절연막의 상 측에 제1 반사메탈층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 반사메탈층 및 개방된 측 층간 절연막 상에 제1 절연층을 형성하는 단계;
녹색 화소영역에서 상기 제1 절연층의 상 측에 제2 반사메탈층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제2 반사메탈층 및 개방된 측 제1 절연층 상에 제2 절연층을 형성하는 단계;
청색 화소영역에서 상기 제2 절연층의 상 측에 제3 반사메탈층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제3 반사메탈층의 상면을 금속 재질의 보호층으로 커버하는 단계;
상기 제3 반사메탈층의 측벽을 커버하도록 보호막을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 보호층 상에 애노드 전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 보호층과 애노드 전극은
동일 재질로 이루어지고,
상기 보호층의 두께는
상기 애노드 전극 대비 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광 표시장치 제조방법.

상기 제3 반사메탈층의 측벽 및 제2 절연층의 개방된 측을 따라 무기막층을 증착한 이후, 반응성 이온 식각 공정에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광 표시장치 제조방법.
- 하부 절연막 상에서 각 화소 영역마다 형성되는 상부 메탈을 커버하도록 절연막이 증착되는 단계;
적색 화소영역에서의 제1 반사메탈층, 녹색 화소영역에서의 제2 반사메탈층 및 청색 화소영역에서의 제3 반사메탈층을 층간절연막을 통해 단차를 두어 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 반사메탈층 및 제2 반사메탈층 대비 상대적으로 높은 위치에 배치되는 상기 제3 반사메탈층의 상면을 보호층으로 커버하는 단계;
상측의 개방된 층간절연막, 제3 반사메탈층 및 보호층을 따라 무기막층을 증착하는 단계;
상기 무기막층을 식각하여 상기 제3 반사메탈층의 측벽을 따라 보호막이 형성되도록 하는 단계;
상기 보호막 형성 이후 상기 보호층 상에 상기 보호층과 동일 재질의 애노드 전극 형성을 위한 금속층을 증착시키는 단계; 및
상기 금속층을 패터닝 및 식각하여 애노드 전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 보호층의 두께는
상기 애노드 전극 대비 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광 표시장치 제조방법.
