Claims (9)
- 회전식 변속 메커니즘으로서,
출력축(10);
상기 출력축(10) 상에 설치되고, 상기 출력축(10)을 단일 방향으로 구동할 수 있는 구동 휠(21), 및
구동 휠(21)과 출력축(10) 사이에 제공되고, 구동 휠(21)에 대하여 출력축(10)을 상대적으로 단일 방향으로 회전시키고, 동시에 반대 방향으로 아이들링을 이루도록 하는 단일 방향 축 그룹(22)을 구비하는 동력전달 모듈(20); 및
상기 출력축(10) 상에 설치되고, 연결 기어(31), 회전 변속 휠 세트(32), 증속 기어(38) 및 임베이딩 세트(40)를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 증속 모듈(30)을 포함하되, 상기 연결 기어(31)는 상기 출력축(10) 상에 회동 가능하게 설치되어 상기 구동 휠(21)과 연동될 수 있으며, 상기 연결 기어(31)와 상기 출력축(10) 사이에는 상기 단일 방향 축 그룹(22)이 구비되지 않으며, 상기 증속 기어(38)는 출력축(10) 일단에 고정 설치되고, 상기 회전 변속 휠 세트(32)는 적어도 하나의 변속 기어(33)를 구비하며, 각각의 적어도 하나의 변속 기어(33)는 연결 기어(31)와 맞물리는 소경 티스부(331) 및 증속 기어(38)와 맞물리는 대경 티스부(332)를 구비하고;
이에 따라, 저속 시 증속 모듈(30)의 회전 변속 휠 세트(32)가 공전 하에 아이들링을 형성할 수 있도록 하며, 입력 파워 트레인은 구동 휠(21)을 통해 출력축(10)을 단일 방향으로 구동하고, 고속 시, 상기 임베이딩 세트(40)를 사용하여 상대적 회전 변속 휠 세트(32)의 공전을 정지시켜 상대적 회전 변속 휠 세트(32)의 변속 기어(33)가 대응되는 상기 증속 기어(38)에 의해 공전으로부터 자전으로 변환되어 증속을 형성할 수 있고,
상기 출력축(10)은 돌출 축부(15)를 구비하고, 상기 동력전달 모듈(20)의 구동 휠(21)은 상기 돌출 축부(15)에 상기 단일 방향 축 그룹(22)에 의해 설치되며, 상기 구동 휠(21) 축심은 단일 방향 축 그룹(22)을 설치하도록 제공되는 축 홈을 구비하여, 상기 구동 휠(21)이 상기 출력축(10)을 단일 방향으로 작동시키고, 반대 방향으로 아이들링을 이루도록 하며,
상기 회전 변속 휠 세트(32)는 순차적으로 맞물리는 2개 또는 2개 이상의 변속 기어(33)를 구비하고, 가장 말단의 변속 기어는 상기 증속 기어와 맞물려 속도를 크게 증가시키는 효과가 있으며,
상기 연결 기어(31)의 외주연에는, 상기 회전 변속 휠 세트(32)의 변속 기어(33)의 소경 티스부(331)가 상대적으로 맞물리고 또한 상기 증속 기어의 직경이 상기 변속 기어(33)의 대경 티스부(312)보다 작아 출력축을 구동시켜 증속 효과에 도달하도록 제공되는 대경 티스부(312)가 구비되며,
상기 동력전달 모듈의 구동 휠(21) 축심은 맞물림부(28)를 구비하고, 상기 증속 모듈의 연결 기어(31)는 대응되게 교합될 수 있는 맞물림부(311)를 구비하여, 상기 증속 모듈의 연결 기어(31)가 상기 구동 휠(21)과 동기적으로 연동될 수 있도록 하고, 상기 단일 방향 축 그룹(22)과 상기 구동 휠(21)의 상기 맞물림부(28)는 상기 구동 휠(21)의 동일한 측면에 설치되는, 회전식 변속 메커니즘. - 삭제

상기 임베이딩 세트에서 상기 회전 변속 휠 세트의 휠 프레임 일측에는 디스크가 고정 설치되고, 상기 디스크 주변에는 상기 디스크 회동을 선택적으로 제지하여 상기 출력축에 대한 상기 회전 변속 휠 세트의 공전을 동기적으로 정지시키는 스톱 부재가 설치되는 회전식 변속 메커니즘. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 임베이딩 세트의 스톱 부재는 클램프일 수 있는 회전식 변속 메커니즘.
