Claims (11)
- 유리 기판;
상기 유리 기판 상에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터 및 적어도 하나의 구동 박막 트랜지스터;
상기 적어도 하나의 구동 박막 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 연결된 애노드;
상기 애노드 상에 배치되고, 복수 개의 발광층을 포함하는 유기 발광층;
상기 유기 발광층 상의 캐소드;
상기 캐소드 상에 배치되고, 적어도 하나의 유기막 및 적어도 하나의 무기막을 포함하는 보호 층;
상기 보호 층 상의 접착 층; 및
상기 접착 층 상의 봉지 기판을 포함하고,
상기 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 구동 박막 트랜지스터 각각은 상기 유리 기판 상에 배치되는 반도체 층 및 게이트 절연막을 사이에 두고 상기 반도체 층 상에 배치되는 게이트 전극을 포함하고,
상기 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터의 반도체 층은 산화물(oxide) 반도체 층이고,
상기 보호 층의 무기막은 유기 실리콘 화합물 기반의 무기막이고,
상기 유기 실리콘 화합물은 HMDSO(hexamethyldisiloxane) 또는 HMDSN(Hexamethyldisilazane)인, 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 발광층에 대응하여 배치되는 컬러 필터를 더 포함하는, 유기발광 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 층의 무기막은, 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물이 산소와 결합하는 산화(oxidation) 반응을 통해 생성된 유기발광 표시장치. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 층의 무기막은, 플라즈마 상태의 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물이 플라즈마 상태의 산소(O2), 일산화이질소(N2O), 또는 오존(O3)과 반응함으로써 생성된 유기발광 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 층의 무기막은, 상기 HMDSO 또는 HMDSN에서 Si와 결합된 CH3가 O로 치환되어 증착된 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 층의 무기막은, Si-O 결합의 양에 비해 1/1000 이하의 Si-CH3 결합을 포함하는, 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기막과 상기 무기막은 교대로 적층된, 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 접착 층은, 수분흡습제를 포함한 수지(resin)로 구성된 제1 접착층 및 투명한 수지로 구성된 제2 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 접착층은 상기 봉지 기판과 접하고,
상기 제2 접착층은 상기 제1 접착층과 상기 보호 층 사이에 배치되는, 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지 기판은 유리, 폴리머(polymer) 또는 금속인, 유기발광 표시장치.
