Claims (20)
- 윈도우 부재와, 충격 흡수 부재와, 패널 부재와, 보호 부재를 두께 방향 한쪽 측에 순서대로 구비하는 화상 표시 장치로서,
상기 충격 흡수 부재가, 제1 점착층과, 기재와, 제2 점착층을, 상기 두께 방향 한쪽 측을 향하여 순서대로 구비하고,
상기 충격 흡수 부재는 60% 이상의 전광선 투과율을 가지며,
무게 10g, 직경 13mm의 스테인리스제 볼을 20cm의 높이로부터 상기 충격 흡수 부재에 낙하시켜 구해지는 상기 충격 흡수 부재의 볼 충격 흡수율을, 상기 충격 흡수 부재의 두께로 나눈, 상기 충격 흡수 부재의 단위 두께당 볼 충격 흡수율은, 0.27%/㎛ 이상이고,
무게 7g, 선단부의 볼 직경 0.7mm의 볼펜을 20cm의 높이로부터 상기 충격 흡수 부재에 낙하시켜 구해지는 상기 충격 흡수 부재의 펜 충격 흡수율을, 상기 충격 흡수 부재의 두께로 나눈, 상기 충격 흡수 부재의 단위 두께당 펜 충격 흡수율은, 0.10%/㎛ 이상이고,
상기 기재가 복수이고,
복수의 상기 기재 사이에 배치되는 중간 점착층을 더 구비하는, 화상 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 윈도우 부재가 외측을 향하도록 상기 화상 표시 장치를 절곡하는 시험에서,
상기 윈도우 부재에서의 양 외측을 향하는 2개의 표면의 간격이 8mm가 되도록 200,000회 절곡하여도, 상기 패널 부재가 손상되지 않는, 화상 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 점착층은 상기 윈도우 부재에 접촉하고,
상기 제2 점착층은 상기 패널 부재에 접촉하는, 화상 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 점착층의 25℃, 주파수 1Hz에서의 전단 저장 탄성률(G')이, 상기 제1 점착층의 25℃, 주파수 1Hz에서의 전단 저장 탄성률(G')과 동일 또는 높은, 화상 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 점착층의 25℃, 주파수 1Hz에서의 전단 저장 탄성률(G')이, 0.01MPa 이상, 0.05MPa 이하인, 화상 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 점착층의 25℃, 주파수 1Hz에서의 전단 저장 탄성률(G')이, 0.10MPa 이상, 0.15MPa 이하인, 화상 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 점착층의 25℃, 주파수 1Hz에서의 전단 저장 탄성률(G')로부터, 상기 제1 점착층의 25℃, 주파수 1Hz에서의 전단 저장 탄성률(G')을 뺀 값이, 0.06MPa 이상인, 화상 표시 장치. - 삭제

시작(試作)품을 시작하는 제1 공정과,
상기 시작품을 평가하는 제2 공정과,
상기 평가에 기초하여 제조 조건을 결정하는 제3 공정과,
상기 제조 조건에 기초하여 제품을 제조하는 제4 공정을 구비하며,
상기 제2 공정은,
제1 샘플 및 제2 샘플을 상기 시작품으로부터 제작하는 제5 공정과,
상기 제1 샘플에 볼을 낙하시키고, 상기 제2 샘플에 볼펜을 낙하시키는 제6 공정과,
제6 공정 후에, 상기 제1 샘플 및 상기 제2 샘플에 손상이 있는지 없는지를 판단하는 제7 공정을 구비하며,
상기 제3 공정에서는 상기 제1 샘플에 손상이 있다고 상기 시작품을 평가한 경우에, 상기 제1 점착층 및 상기 제2 점착층의 합계 두께를 보다 두껍게 하도록, 상기 제조 조건을 변경하고, 상기 제2 샘플에 손상이 있다고 상기 시작품을 평가한 경우에, 상기 기재의 두께를 보다 두껍게 하도록 변경하는, 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
