도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 배터리 방전 제한 제어 시스템 및 방법에 적용되는 충전상태 방어맵의 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 배터리 방전 제한 제어 시스템에서 적용되는 하이브리드 스타터 제너레이터 구동용 예비 충전량 조정 기법을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 배터리 충전 제한 제어 방법을 도시한 흐름도이다.

Claims (8)
- 배터리;
상기 배터리에 저장된 전력을 제공받아 구동되는 모터;
상기 모터의 회전축에 연결된 클러치;
상기 클러치를 통해 상기 모터의 회전축에 연결된 회전축을 갖는 엔진;
상기 모터 또는 상기 엔진의 회전축의 회전 속도를 변속단 지시 입력에 기반하여 변경하여 차량의 구동휠로 출력하는 변속기; 및
상기 변속단 지시 입력 이 후진 변속단인 경우, 상기 클러치를 개방하고 상기 모터를 역회전 구동하는 컨트롤러를 포함하며,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 배터리의 충전 상태에 기반하여 상기 배터리 출력을 제한하여 모터의 출력을 제어하되, 상기 변속단 지시가 전진 변속단인 경우보다 상기 후진 변속단인 경우 상기 배터리의 출력을 제한하는 출력 제한값을 증가시켜 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 방전 제한 제어 시스템. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 변속단 지시가 전진 변속단인 경우 적용되며 상기 배터리의 충전 상태에 따른 상기 배터리의 출력 제한값을 저장한 제1 충전상태 방어맵과 상기 변속단 지시가 후진 변속단인 경우 적용되며 상기 배터리의 충전 상태에 따른 상기 배터리의 출력 제한값을 저장한 제2 충전상태 방어맵을 포함하며,
동일한 충전 상태에서 상기 제2 충전상태 방어맵의 상기 배터리의 출력 제한값은 상기 제1 충전상태 방어맵의 상기 배터리의 출력 제한값보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 방전 제한 제어 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터만 구동시켜 상기 구동휠을 회전시키는 전기차 모드에서 상기 엔진을 구동시켜 상기 구동휠을 회전시키는 하이브리드 모드로 전환하는 경우 상기 엔진을 크랭킹하고 상기 엔진의 회전속도를 상기 모터의 회전속도와 동기화 시키는 하이브리드 스타터 제너레이터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 방전 제한 제어 시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 전기차 모드에서 상기 변속단 지시가 전진 변속단인 경우 상기 하이브리드 스타터 제너레이터 구동을 위한 예비 충전량을 확보하도록 상기 배터리의 출력을 제한하며, 상기 변속단 지시가 후진 변속단인 경우 상기 예비 충전량을 고려하지 않고 상기 배터리의 출력을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 방전 제한 제어 시스템. - 청구항 1의 배터리 방전 제한 제어 시스템을 이용한 배터리 방전 제한 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 변속단 지시가 후진 변속단인지 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 변속단 지시가 후진 변속단인 경우, 상기 변속단 지시가 전진 변속단인 경우보다 상기 배터리의 출력을 제한하는 출력 제한값을 증가시켜 배터리의 출력을 제한하는 단계;
를 포함하는 배터리 방전 제한 제어 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 변속단 지시가 전진 변속단인 경우 적용되며 상기 배터리의 충전 상태에 따른 상기 배터리의 출력 제한값을 저장한 제1 충전상태 방어맵과, 상기 변속단 지시가 후진 변속단인 경우 적용되며 동일한 충전 상태에서 상기 제1 충전상태 방어맵의 상기 배터리의 출력 제한값보다 더 큰 상기 배터리의 출력 제한값을 저장한 제2 충전상태 방어맵을 포함하며,
상기 제한하는 단계는 상기 제2 충전상태 방어맵을 적용하여 상기 배터리의 출력을 제한하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 방전 제한 제어 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 배터리 방전 제한 제어 시스템은 상기 모터만 구동시켜 상기 구동휠을 회전시키는 전기차 모드에서 상기 엔진을 구동시켜 상기 구동휠을 회전시키는 하이브리드 모드로 전환하는 경우, 상기 엔진을 크랭킹하고 상기 엔진의 회전속도를 상기 모터의 회전속도와 동기화 시키는 하이브리드 스타터 제너레이터를 더 포함하며,
상기 제한하는 단계는, 상기 전기차 모드에서 상기 변속단 지시가 전진 변속단인 경우 상기 하이브리드 스타터 제너레이터 구동을 위한 예비 충전량을 확보하도록 상기 배터리의 출력을 제한하며, 상기 변속단 지시가 후진 변속단인 경우 상기 예비 충전량을 고려하지 않고 상기 배터리의 출력을 제한하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 방전 제한 제어 방법.
