Claims (9)
- 로크돌기가 형성된 상대커넥터;
탄성적으로 휨 변형 가능한 로크암이 구비되고, 상대커넥터가 삽입되어 로크암이 로크돌기에 걸림에 따라 상대커넥터와 결합상태가 유지되는 메인커넥터;
메인커넥터를 감싸도록 형성되고, 메인커넥터가 삽입되는 수용부가 형성되며, 메인커넥터가 수용부에 삽입시 로크암에 걸려 로크암과 함께 휨 변형되는 탄성암이 구비됨으로써, 상대커넥터와 메인커넥터의 조립시 탄성암이 로크암에 걸려 이동이 제한되는 CPA디바이스; 및
CPA디바이스에서 돌출되어 탄성암을 감싸도록 상방으로 연장되고, 내측으로 탄성암을 노출시키는 개구부를 가지는 브릿지부;를 포함하고,
메인커넥터의 내부에는 단자 연결을 위한 단자체결부가 형성되고,
상기 로크암은, 단자체결부에서 상방으로 돌출되고 탄성 변형 가능하게 형성된 탄성지지부; 및
탄성지지부에 결합되고 전후방향으로 연장되게 형성된 로커본체;를 포함하고,
로커본체는 하단부를 이루며 탄성지지부에 결합되는 결합부와, 상단부를 이루며 조립공간의 상측을 폐쇄하는 판상부가 형성되고, 전단부에는 상대커넥터의 로크돌기에 걸리는 걸림턱이 형성되며, 후단부가 조립공간으로 개통되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단자체결부의 상단에는 로크암이 상하방향으로 변형 가능하게 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 로커 본체는 탄성지지부를 중심으로 시소 운동되며, 상기 로커본체에는 CPA디바이스의 탄성암이 삽입되는 조립공간이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
탄성암에는 로커본체의 조립공간에 삽입된 상태에서, 걸림턱에 접하여 지지되는 걸이턱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
CPA디바이스의 상단부에는 폭방향으로 연장되어 CPA디바이스의 양측단에 상하방향으로 변형 가능하게 연결되고 탄성암이 형성되는 CPA걸림부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
CPA걸림부는 CPA디바이스의 상단부에서 후방에 배치되고 폭방향으로 연장된 연장부와, 연장부에서 전방으로 연장된 탄성암과, 연장부의 양단부에서 전방으로 연장된 후 CPA디바이스의 양측단에 연결되는 연결부와, 탄성암의 상측으로 이격되어 연결부 사이에 연결되는 덮개부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
메인커넥터에는 걸림고리가 형성되고,
CPA디바이스에는 걸림고리에 대응되는 이탈방지암이 형성됨으로써, 걸림고리가 이탈방지암에 걸리어 CPA디바이스에서 메인커넥터가 이탈되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
브릿지부는 CPA디바이스의 후단부에 배치되고, CPA디바이스의 폭방향 양측단을 연결하며 아치형으로 형성되어 내측에 개구부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치.
