Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 35 phm 내지 70 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하는 꼬임 저항성(kink-resistant) 공액 디엔 모노비닐아렌 블록 공중합체의 제조 방법으로서, 중합 조건 하에,
(i) 제1 개시제 충전물(charge), 및 모노비닐아렌 단량체로 된 제1 충전물;
(ii) 제2 개시제 충전물, 및 모노비닐아렌 단량체로 된 제2 충전물;
(iii) 모노비닐아렌 단량체 및 공액 디엔 단량체로 된 제1 이중(dual) 충전물로서, 제1 이중 충전물의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량은 30 중량% 내지 80 중량%인 제1 이중 충전물;
(iv) 선택적으로, 모노비닐아렌 단량체 및 공액 디엔 단량체로 된 제2 이중 충전물로서, 제2 이중 충전물의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량은 30 중량% 내지 80 중량%인 제2 이중 충전물;
(v) 모노비닐아렌 단량체 및 공액 디엔 단량체로 된 최종 충전물, 또는 공액 디엔 단량체로 된 최종 충전물로서, 최종 충전물의 공액 디엔 단량체 함량은 적어도 70 중량%인 최종 충전물; 및
(vi) 커플링제
를 순차적으로 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하고,
제1 충전물 및 제2 충전물은 총 10 phm 내지 45 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하고;
DIN EN 13868에 따라 시험 시, 상기 공중합체로부터 제조된 튜빙(tubing)의 꼬임 저항은 32 mm 이하인 꼬임 저항성 공액 디엔 모노비닐아렌 블록 공중합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체가 54 phm 내지 68 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하며;
제1 충전물 및 제2 충전물이 총 25 phm 내지 38 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하고;
최종 충전물이 10 phm 내지 20 phm의 공액 디엔 단량체를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 방법이 (iv)를 포함하며;
제1 이중 충전물의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량이 35 중량% 내지 60 중량%이고;
제2 이중 충전물의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량이 40 중량% 내지 65 중량%인 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
모노비닐아렌 단량체가 스티렌이며;
공액 디엔 단량체가 부타디엔이고;
꼬임 저항이 10 mm 내지 24 mm의 범위인 제조 방법. - 제4항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가
3 내지 20 범위의 용융 유량;
9 mm 내지 20 mm 범위의 꼬임 저항; 및
50 내지 90 범위의 쇼어 A 경도
를 가지는 것인 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 공액 디엔 모노비닐아렌 블록 공중합체가 스티렌 부타디엔 블록 공중합체인 제조 방법.
- 35 phm 내지 70 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하는 꼬임 저항성 공액 디엔 모노비닐아렌 블록 공중합체로서, 상기 블록 공중합체는 하기 충전물 순서(A)에 의해 형성되며,
제1 충전물 및 제2 충전물은 총 10 phm 내지 45 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하고, DIN EN 13868에 따라 시험 시, 상기 공중합체로부터 제조된 튜빙의 꼬임 저항은 32 mm 이하인 꼬임 저항성 공액 디엔 모노비닐아렌 블록 공중합체:
i1 - SJ - i2 - SK - (S/B)J - (S/B)K - T - CA (A)
상기 (A)에서,
i1은 제1 개시제 충전물이며;
SJ는 모노비닐아렌 단량체로 된 제1 충전물이며;
i2는 제2 개시제 충전물이며;
SK는 모노비닐아렌 단량체로 된 제2 충전물이며;
(S/B)J는 공액 디엔 단량체와 모노비닐아렌 단량체로 된 제1 이중 충전물이며, (S/B)J의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량은 30 중량% 내지 80 중량%이며;
(S/B)K는 공액 디엔 단량체와 모노비닐아렌 단량체로 된 제2 이중 충전물이며, (S/B)K의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량은 30 중량% 내지 80 중량%이며;
T는 공액 디엔 단량체와 모노비닐아렌 단량체로 된 최종 충전물, 또는 공액 디엔 단량체로 된 최종 충전물이며, T의 공액 디엔 단량체 함량은 적어도 70 중량%이고;
CA는 커플링제 충전물이다. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체가 57 phm 내지 67 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하며;
제1 충전물 및 제2 충전물이 총 26 phm 내지 36 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하고;
최종 충전물이 8 phm 내지 22 phm의 공액 디엔 단량체를 포함하는 것인 공중합체. - 제9항에 있어서,
제1 이중 충전물의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량이 35 중량% 내지 50 중량%이며;
제2 이중 충전물의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량이 45 중량% 내지 65 중량%이며;
모노비닐아렌 단량체가 스티렌이며;
공액 디엔 단량체가 부타디엔이고;
꼬임 저항이 10 mm 내지 24 mm의 범위인 공중합체. - 제8항의 공중합체를 포함하는 튜빙 제품으로서, 꼬임 저항이 10 mm 내지 28 mm의 범위인 튜빙 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가
9 mm 내지 20 mm 범위의 꼬임 저항;
60 내지 80 범위의 쇼어 A 경도; 및
120 lbf 이하의 펠렛 블라킹 힘(pellet blocking force)
을 특징으로 하는 스티렌 부타디엔 블록 공중합체인 공중합체. - 제12항의 공중합체를 포함하는 튜빙 제품.
- 35 phm 내지 70 phm의 모노비닐아렌 단량체를 포함하고, 하기 구조 1) 내지 3)을 가진 중합체 사슬을 포함하는 공액 디엔 모노비닐아렌 블록 공중합체로서, DIN EN 13868에 따라 시험 시, 상기 공중합체로부터 제조된 튜빙의 꼬임 저항은 32 mm 이하인, 공액 디엔 모노비닐아렌 블록 공중합체:
1) X-X;
2) X-Y; 및
3) Y-Y
여기서,
X는 S1 - S2 - (S/B)1 - (S/B)2 - T1 - 이고;
Y는 S2 - (S/B)1 - (S/B)2 - T1 - 이며;
S1 및 S2는 모노비닐아렌 단량체의 모노블록이며, S1 및 S2의 총 중량은 X의 35 중량% 내지 45 중량%이고, S2는 Y의 14 중량% 내지 26 중량%이며;
(S/B)1은 공액 디엔 단량체와 모노비닐아렌 단량체의 혼성 블록이며, (S/B)1의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량은 30 중량% 내지 80 중량%이며;
(S/B)2는 공액 디엔 단량체와 모노비닐아렌 단량체의 혼성 블록이며, (S/B)2의 모노비닐아렌 단량체 함량은 30 중량% 내지 80 중량%이고;
T1은 공액 디엔 단량체와 모노비닐아렌 단량체의 혼성 블록, 또는 공액 디엔 단량체의 모노블록이며, T1의 공액 디엔 단량체 함량은 적어도 70 중량%이고, T1은 X의 12 중량% 내지 32 중량%이고, T1은 Y의 16 중량% 내지 32 중량%이다. - 제14항에 있어서, T1이 공액 디엔 단량체의 모노블록인 공중합체.
- 제14항에 있어서, T1이 공액 디엔 단량체와 모노비닐아렌 단량체의 혼성 블록이고, T1의 공액 디엔 단량체 함량이 70 중량% 내지 90 중량%의 범위인 공중합체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가, 꼬임 저항이 10 mm 내지 24 mm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌 부타디엔 블록 공중합체이고,
S1 및 S2의 총 중량이 X의 37 중량% 내지 43 중량% 범위이며;
S2가 Y의 17 중량% 내지 24 중량% 범위이며;
T1이 X의 14 중량% 내지 20 중량% 범위이고;
T1이 Y의 16 중량% 내지 22 중량% 범위인 공중합체. - 제17항의 공중합체를 포함하는 제작 물품.
- (a) 제14항의 공중합체; 및
(b) 제2 중합체
를 포함하는 조성물. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 조성물이 첨가제를 추가로 포함하고;
상기 제2 중합체가 스티렌 부타디엔 중합체, 폴리스티렌 중합체 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 조성물.
