Claims (2)
- 기체 냉매를 압축하도록 구성된 컴프레서(C), 페이로드가 가열되는 가열 위치와 상기 페이로드가 냉각되는 냉각 위치 사이에서 전환 가능한 4방향 밸브(FWV), 가열 또는 냉각이 필요한 상기 페이로드에 연결된 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE), 폐열교환기(DHE), 2개의 일방향 밸브(OWV1, OWV2), 및 2개의 제어식 팽창 밸브(EXPV1, EXPV2)를 포함하는 가역 냉각 시스템(reversible refrigeration system)에 있어서,
상기 가열 위치와 상기 냉각 위치 사이에서 상기 4방향 밸브를 전환하여 상기 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE) 또는 상기 폐열교환기(DHE)로의 압축 냉매의 유동을 제어하고,
상기 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE) 및 상기 폐열교환기(DHE) 중에서 상기 압축 냉매의 상기 유동을 수신하는 열교환기는 콘덴서 기능을 하고, 상기 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE) 및 상기 폐열교환기(DHE) 중에서 상기 압축 냉매의 상기 유동을 수신하지 않는 다른 열교환기는 증발기 기능을 하고,
상기 4방향 밸브가 상기 가열 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 폐열교환기(DHE)는 상기 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE)가 콘덴서 기능을 하는 경우에 상기 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE)를 빠져나간 액체의 고압 냉매와 상기 폐열교환기(DHE)를 빠져나간 저압의 기체 냉매 사이에서 열을 교환하도록 구성된 제1 흡입가스 열교환기(suction gas heat exchanger)로 연결되고,
상기 폐열교환기(DHE)는 병렬 모드(co-current mode)로 상기 냉매와 폐열 사이에서 열을 교환하도록 구성되고,
상기 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE)는 제2 흡입가스 열교환기를 포함하고,
제1 팽창 밸브(EXPV1)가 닫히고, 제1 일방향 밸브(OWV1)가 열리고, 제2 팽창 밸브(EXPV2)가 열리고, 제2 일방향 밸브(OWV2)가 닫히며,
상기 4방향 밸브(FWV)가 상기 가열 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 제2 흡입가스 열교환기는 비활성화되고,
상기 4방향 밸브(FWV)가 상기 냉각 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE)는 병렬 모드(co-current mode)로 상기 냉매와 페이로드 사이에서 열을 교환하도록 구성되고,
상기 냉각 위치에서, 상기 제1 팽창 밸브(EXPV1)가 열리고, 상기 제1 일방향 밸브(OWV1)가 닫히고, 상기 제2 팽창 밸브(EXPV2)가 닫히고, 상기 제2 일방향 밸브(OWV2)가 열려서,
상기 제1 흡입가스 열교환기는 비활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가역 냉각 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 흡입가스 열교환기는, 상기 4방향 밸브(FWV)가 상기 냉각 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 폐열교환기(DHE)를 빠져나간 높은 압력의 액체 냉매와 상기 페이로드 열교환기(PLHE)를 빠져나간 낮은 압력의 기체 냉매 사이에서, 열을 교환하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 가역 냉각 시스템.
