Claims (11)
- 다수의 화소가 배치된 표시영역과 상기 표시영역 외측의 비표시영역으로 구성된 제1기판;
다수의 게이트TFT가 구비되며, 상기 제1기판의 상기 비표시영역에 배치된 게이트구동부; 및
상기 게이트구동부에 대응되어 차단영역 및 투과영역을 포함하는 블랙매트릭스가 구비되며, 상기 제1기판과 결합되는 제2기판을 포함하고,
상기 블랙매트릭스의 상기 투과영역은 상기 게이트구동부의 적어도 하나의 게이트TFT에 대응되고,
상기 적어도 하나의 게이트TFT는 상기 블랙매트릭스의 상기 투과영역을 통해 입사되는 광량이 조절되어 문턱전압의 음(-)의 방향 쉬프트량이 제어되는 표시패널. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 적어도 하나의 게이트TFT는 드레인전극에 연결된 화소전극과 전계를 형성하여 상기 액정층의 액정분자를 거동을 제어하는 공통전극을 더 포함하는 표시패널. - 다수의 화소가 배치된 표시영역과 상기 표시영역 외측의 비표시영역으로 구성된 제1기판, 다수의 게이트TFT가 구비되며, 상기 제1기판의 상기 비표시영역에 배치된 게이트구동부 및 상기 게이트구동부에 대응되어 차단영역 및 투과영역을 포함하는 블랙매트릭스가 구비되며, 상기 제1기판과 결합된 제2기판을 포함하고, 상기 블랙매트릭스의 상기 투과영역이 상기 게이트구동부의 적어도 하나의 게이트TFT에 대응되는 표시패널; 및
상기 제2기판의 배면에 배치되어 광을 제공하는 백라이트유닛을 포함하고,
상기 게이트구동부의 상기 적어도 하나의 게이트TFT에는 상기 백라이트유닛으로부터 상기 제2기판의 상기 블랙매트릭스의 상기 투과영역을 통해 광이 입사되고,
상기 적어도 하나의 게이트TFT는 상기 블랙매트릭스의 상기 투과영역을 통해 입사되는 광량이 조절되어 문턱전압의 음(-)의 방향 쉬프트량이 제어되는 보더리스 타입의 표시장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널은 상기 제1기판이 상기 제2기판의 상부에 배치되는 플립 구조인 보더리스 타입의 표시장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 게이트구동부의 상기 다수의 게이트TFT는 옥사이드로 이루어진 액티브층을 포함하는 보더리스 타입의 표시장치.
