랜덤 액세스 재생이 행해지고 있음을 나타내는 소정의 정보를 상기 픽처에 중첩해서 표시시키는 경우, 랜덤 액세스 포인트의 상기 픽처에, 랜덤 액세스 재생 시의 휘도 조정에 사용하는 랜덤 액세스 재생 시용 메타데이터를 부가하고, 상기 랜덤 액세스 재생 시용 메타데이터를 부가한 상기 픽처를 표시 장치에 출력하는 출력 제어부
